Daniels P.O.V.
When we got back to the house, Charlotte took a shower, and got ready to go to bed. I wish I could tell her what actually happened. She came out of the shower silently. I walked over to her but she looked sadly into my eyes and just left the room.
When she saw that I was following her, she started to run. Char was fast but not enough. I was thankful that Alpha males are a lot faster then their lunas. She disappeared and I couldn't find her. I was walking towards the pool , but heard sobbing .
Char. I crept quietly down the hallway and saw a closed door from which the sobbing came from. I opened the door slightly.
On the other side I saw my little angel kneeling by an alter. I heard her pray while almost choking on her tears. My heart wanted to break just then. But suddenly, Char pressed a hidden part of the wall and a crack formed.
It got bigger and formed a hole just big enough to fit things inside. I watched in horror as she took out 3 shiny silver objects. Forgetting to stay silent, I slammed open the door and charged. She heard me but didn't look up.
Quickly , she drew the blade deeply against her skin 6 times." Charlotte Annabelle Skye !!" I yelled . She looked up sadly and continued to cut her skin deeply. She turned paler with each cut. I finally reached her and threw the blades to the other side of the room. "Why did you throw those away ?" a shaky weak voice asked. Charlotte .
I looked from her cuts up to her large watery brown eyes. Tears slipped down her cheek. I hugged her and she winced. My eyebrows wrinkled up and I pulled up her shirt ( not in a perverty way)
There were freshly made scared along with older one circling her stomach over and over again. "I'm going to go get the pack" I told her as I picked her up. "No!" She whispered hoarsely. I sighed and carried her up to her room to tend o her wounds. I lifted her shirt to put disinfectant on it but before I could pull it off, she quickly pulled it back down. What was that about? I wondered. I did what I could and then helped her get out of her bloody clothes and into fresh ones. Picking her up bridle style I layer her down on the bed and took off my shirt leaving me in boxers.😍😛 I cuddled up with her and we both fell asleep.
Charlottes P.O.V.
" Why?" Brielle asked. Everyone looked at me. " I- I thought th-that af-ter Priy-al they -he woud-lt li-li-ke me any -more. At this I couldn't stop sobbing. the girls nodded ,cleaned my cuts and put me in bed. I was so grateful.
Daniel came into the room, laid down and picked up my hands. He had a pained look on his face "w-why?" He whispered softly. I just buried my head into his chest and fell asleep.
When I woke up the next morning at around 3 am I looked around. Daniel was asleep. I got up to get some water and go to the bathroom.
when I got into the kitchen ,my vision got blurry, and my legs became weak like jelly. All I remembered was the sound of glass a pain in my skin and then everything turned to black.
Mahoganys P.O.V.
It was about 3 am and I woke up because I heard the shatter of glass. The first thought that came to my head was Charlotte. Poor girl. I went to check on her . I peeked into her room and saw only Daniel.
I shook him awake." Charlotte, go back to sleep babe its still dark out" he groaned. "Wake up Daniel! Its me Mahogany !" I whisper yelled. He woke with a start." Why are you here ?" he asked "Where is Charlotte ?" He whisper yelled franticly. " I thought she was with you!" I whispered. " I heard a crash a few minutes ago downstairs and thought of her" I Told him. " Lets go !" He said.
We silently crept down the stairs. I went into the kitchen and gasped. " DANIEL!!" I shrieked. " Quiet down Mahogany ! People are sleeping !" He hissed. "Look !" I cried softly.
He walked in and stopped . " WHAT THE FUCK!! CHARLOTTE!" He screamed. Moments later everyone else was in the kitchen. " What the hell Daniel!" Brielle groaned. " Its 3 am. G- CHARLOTTE!!" She Screamed. Everybody woke up and opened their eyes. Whispers and gasps spread about the room. " Ava, get the first aid kit, Daniel go find some blankets and pillows. Jacks and Carter go with him. Girls, go ring up the pack doctor. The rest of you boys get air mattresses and cots." Tegan orders.
Everyone goes to do as told. My legs are shaking so hard, I sit down. When I can stand again, I get some chalk and draw around the area where we found Charlotte. Then I attach some caution tape to the areas around it. Then I go to the living room.
