The Old Neighbor's Revenge

Today I finished my classes for the day. I walk towards the front doors.

"Lucy!" Someone calls out to me.

I turn around and see the secretary of the Dean, standing up. "The Dean would like to speak to you."

"Is it something that Delta Psi Beta? I assured her that we didn't make another strike in her book." I hesitantly walk over to her. My grip onto my red Michael Kors arm bag. I'm pretty sure we didn't get another strike.

"I don't know, but you should go in now." The secretary smiles and leads me to her door.

The door opens with Kelly and Mac walking out. Must be very upset that they don't have a case against us. I smirk at their pissed off expressions.

"Your frat's going down." Mac points at me in a threatening way.

I didn't care though and keep smirking. "Do your worst. You got nothing on us, old man."

"Lucy!" The voice rings inside the office.

"See ya, grandpa!" I snickered at him.

"I'm not old!" He yelled and Kelly is holding him back. Oh how stupid they are.

I walk around them to get into the office. I close the door. "You wanted to see me?"

"Yes!" Dean Gladstone smiles as she points at the chair in front of her desk. "Come sit, I have very exciting news!"

"I rather stand to be prepared to jump in joy." I smiled back.

"I'll aloud it." Dean Gladstone folds her arms. "I have been hearing that you have been acing your classes so far."

I walk over to stand in front of her, with my hands behind my back. "That's right."

"Well remember that application you made to have an interview with DreamWorks?" She asked and gets a file from her drawer. She places it on her desk. "They accepted you!"

My mouth hangs in shock. Of course I did jump in joy. "No fucking way!"

"Yes fucking way! I'm very happy that one of my students gets to work with DreamWorks!" Dean Gladstone stands up and puts out her hang. "Congratulations."

I grab her hand and shake it in glee. "I just can't believe this is happening!"

She points at me. "Just make sure that you get to their booth when they come for the Career Fair!"

I walk backwards towards the door, with a two finger salute to her. "I won't let you down!"

I slowly close her office door to make sure she doesn't get pissed. I whooped in joy and jump up and down. The secretary smiles at my joy moment.

I run outside and jump in my car. Can't wait to tell Teddy and Pete! I get back home and see that most of the guys are gone as I walk inside. Even the ones that are pledging aren't here.

Weird. Oh well! I walk over to the freezer to get a raspberry popsicle. I walk over to the counter to lean against it as I suck on the popsicle.

"Lulu?" Teddy calls out to me.

"In here!" I call out to him. My focus is now back to the popsicle. It drips onto my neck.

I groaned. My skin is going to be sticky now! I hear footsteps stop in front of me.

Looking up, I see Teddy blankly staring at me. I give one back. "What?"
