Chapter 5

"Hi" he said.

"Hey "I smiled back.

"So are you ready?"

"Yeah, wait for a minute I'll be back." I went in to bring my phone and purse.

As I took my belongings I walked out of the house to Virat's car.

"Yes we can start." I said settling myself on the passenger's seat.

"Ok." He said and started the car.

After a while, "So where are we going?" I asked turning towards him.

"A beautiful place." He said.

"Hmm, can I please know the name of that BEAUTIFUL PLACE?" I asked sarcastically.

He laughed,"Just wait baba."

"Ok." I said rolling my eyes.

The drive was silent, suddenly I got a call from my dad.

P:Priya's dialogue.)

P:"Hello"

D:"hello beta where are you?"

P:"I'm with a friend."

D:"oh, actually I came home early so I thought to spend my time with you. But its alright we may talk later."

P:"I'm sorry dad if I would have known that you would be home early I wouldn't have gone outside."

D:"its okay, enjoy your evening. Bye."

"Bye dad" I said and the phone call was cut.

"Is everything fine?" Virat asked.

"Yea everything is alright." I sighed.

"Okay we have reached our destination." He said.

I looked through the window and saw a banner which read "Rose lake." I have heard of that, this is a place where a big lake is in between a huge rose flowers.This place is very huge about 300 acres and has many bright flowering tress and few temporary habitats in it. People usually come here for sight seeing and enjoying a peaceful time. A big fat patch of roses are surrounded around the lake.

"I have heard that this place is very huge and beautiful but I have never went into it." Virat said.

"Even me." I replied.

"So let's go in now"Virat said and we both walked into the place.

A person came and stood front of us.

"Sir do you have tickets?" He asked.

"Umm no, should we also take tickets?" Virat said.

"Yes sir,you should buy the tickets at the counter which is on the left." He said directing the ticket counter.

Virat went to bring the tickets for both of us.

"Mam, is he virat kohli, the cricketer?" That person asked.

Wow at last he had realized that he is Virat Kohli.

"Yeah." I said hiding my laugh.

"Wow I'm so fortunate to see him." He said.

"Really? Haha you think that it is so fortunate to meet a celebrity who doesn't even know you." I said.

"He is very great mam, he has bought many cups to our country and he never gives up on anything. Though people hate his attitude they always love him for his dedication towards his game. And I'm very proud to see him today. Mam don't you feel so lucky to have a great boyfriend?" That person said.
