The other night, I had a dream

It was normal at first,

Or so it seemed

I was in a room, tiled black and white

Completely alone

No soul is sight

There was just one window, on the far wall

With a flower on the sill

Perched above all

Ouside of the window I saw the moon shine

I could see the ocean

A beautiful view, if I may, being kind.

Whenn suddenly a noise broke me from my daydream

I turned around to see

Nothing, but I heard a scream

I saw no door in this strange prison

Just smooth walls,

But you could hear through them, if you listened

I could hear the screams of a woman, in pain

They were so loud and sorrowful

All I wished for them not to be in vain

Suddenly, thunder crashed and the room changed

No longer smooth tile,

Now a home for the deranged.

The flower replaced with.. A skull

It must've been human

If it was alive at all

Brown stone walls inscribed with strange phrases

Written in a language like old English

Surviving through the ages

It's a nightmare you can't wake, a terror that doesn't fade

The only left for me

Is my blade

I tried so hard to escape from this maze

But it seems like now

I will meet my fate

They beat me today and they will on the morrow,

They took all I had

All that's left is my sorrow

They're torturing me in this forsaken place

Thinking about what they did...

It quickens my pace

Yes, my friends, this is written in blood

I wish it was not,

But I do not bleed mud.

HELP me please, I'm dying in here

Someone please come...

The rest of this, is smeared by tears

These are just some of the horrors inscribed on the walls

I sank to the floor,

When I head the call

"Oh Jack!" It called, it's voice sickly sweet.

"Come on, boy, it's time

Now get on your feet!"

I turned around to see a door, light peeking through the crack

Behind it was a man,

And he said, "Hello Jack!"

"What a pleasant surprise that you're here today!

What brings you here?

What did you do? What did you say?"

"You know very well this place is for the Damned.

I've seen many people,

Every woman and man."

"Scammers, theives, the worst of the worst!

And the more that come in here,

The more grows my thirst."

The last part was not really said,  more of a snarl

His crooked yellow teeth showing

In a twisted sort of smile

He reached out his hand like I was to take it

I backed up in the room

Not thinking I would make it.

The man reached for me, but I scuttered away

I was not being hurt by this man

Not ever, not today.

"I saw what you did to the last people here!

Why would you hurt them like that?

Revealing their worst fears?"

***Second part of this will be on tomorrows! :3
