*** I CANNOT read/write this without a british accent. (Or normal if you're British XD) Just do it. It makes it better

It had been a very long...time  of adventuring. The Doctor and I had gone back to the present to find that it was very very dark. When we stepped outside, he looked around and sighed. The buildings seemed older, grosser around the area. "Blimey, I wonder how long it's been..." I turned around to where my house should have been. It was gone.

"What the bloody hell happened to my house, Doctor?!?!"

"Oh, my. Um... "

I sighed and looked around in astonishment. "I guess they thought it was abandoned. And demolished it." He said.

"Now where am I supposed to stay?" I gasped.

"I think the first thing we should do is find out exactly where in time we are."

"Maybe we could find the Post?"

He nodded, stroking his chin. "Maybe.. let's go look." He grabbed my hand and we started walking around the streets. We found a box and I leaned down to look in, forgetting that I was still holding his hand.  "Woah!!" He exclaimed, narrowly missing hitting his head on the box."

"Sorry!" I said. "I'm so sorry! I didn't mean-" I stood up and started brushing off his jacket." he laughed softly and gently pushed me away.

"Colette, it's fine." He held up my wrists. "Fine."

"Okay." I looked in the box and saw the date...... 17 August 2016. I stood up slowly and looked at him.

"Doctor!" I yelled. "It's bloody 2016 and-"

His eyes widened and he covered my mouth with his hand. "Stop SHOUTING! God, there are people asleep here!" He whispered harshly, looking around at the apartment complexes around us.

"I'm sorry." I whispered back. "What do we do now?" I asked in a low voice.

He started rubbing his chin thoughtfully. "I'm not entirely sure..... but I am mighty tired." He yawned. "And your house seems to kind of be..."

"Gone?"

"Yeah, gone."

"Now what are we supposed to do? It's three years in the future, I'm tired, you're tired, I don't have a house anymore, ARGH!" I vented quietly. Then an idea hit me. "What about in the TARDIS?" I asked, hopping slightly with excitement. "If there's a swimming pool and library there has to be a sleeping chamber!"

"That's right, Colette you're a genius! Ha ha!" He jumped  and turned in a circle, gesturing with his screw driver. He clapped his hands on both sides of my face. "Bloody brilliant, you are."

"It's not that big a deal, I mean.." His hands dropped to his sides.

"Not a big dea- NOT A BIG DEAL?" He turned around in a circle while laughing. "Oh-ho-ho no! I don't remember the last time I slept. It's been so long!" He leaned into my face, his eyes wide. "And I am TIRED! I want to SLEEP!" He yelled.

"What happened to being quiet!?" I hissed.

"Oh, screw that." He giggled. "They're all just poddy-toddies anyway." He motioned with his hand.

I stifled a laugh. "Poddy-toddies? Poddy-toddies?"

His face was completely serious. "What?" He asked. He leaned into my face and pouted. "Are you a poddy-toddy too?"

I giggled and pushed his chest. "Oh my God, Doctor, you are ridiculous." I laughed some more as I walked towards the TARDIS. I heard him jog to catch up to me. He popped in front of me and started walking backwards.

"You LOVE IT, and you know it." He said, waggling his hips. I rolled my eyes and put out my hand.

"Key."

He stopped. "Key?"

"TARDIS key."

He straightened and crossed his arms. "Why should I?"

"Since the TARDIS is like your house," I said, "And I live in it, and you live in it, that makes us living together in a house."

"Okay?"

"I am the woman of the house. Give me the key." I motioned for it.

"Mmmmmmmm NO!" He said, then took off. He litterally started running. So, of course, I followed him. I picked up speed until I was a couple of meters behind him.

"You.. are SUCH a CHILD!!" I yelled, running after him.

He looked back at me, not slowing down, and laughed.

I chased him all down the streets of West Somerset.
