Aimee’s P.O.V.
The boys went back to the 1D house and I went home last night. Tonight was their final night of the tour in London. Mum and dad sat me down at the kitchen table and had a “serious talk” with me. To be honest I wasn’t really listening because I was thinking about how I was going to tell them I was pregnant. I remember them saying that while they were away they thought about my relationship with Harry. They finally agreed that I could see him. I sighed with relief. That weight was lifted off my shoulders, only for another one to be placed back on them. They’ve just accepted me going out with Harry, and I’m going to ruin than now by telling them I’m pregnant. The conversation was flowing around in my head. I couldn’t get it to move my lips though. Luckily, a knock on the door distracted mum. She went into the hallway and returned minutes later with Meghan, looking like a panda with makeup running down her cheeks. I jumped up and ran over to her engulfing her in a hug. "What’s happened?!" I soothed, trying to calm her down.
"M-mum came back this morning. She was in a full on rage. She started yelling at me for yelling at her in front of you and Liam, saying I was just ‘showing off’ in front of you two." She choked.
"Don’t worry about it, she can’t do anything!" I assured her. I pulled her over to the living room and we sat down. Mum and dad followed us in with concern etched on their faces.
"That’s the thing, she can. She- she wants me to leave London and live with her."
"No! No, she can’t do that! Your whole life is here!"
"I told her that. She wasn’t listening to me though."
"Well... when do you have to go?" I asked, biting my lip. I couldn't bare to have my bestfriend move away. And Liam... don't even get me started on how Liam will react.
"Tomorrow..." She whispered it so quietly I barely caught what she said. I looked at mum helplessly.Everything Meghan’s life gets a little bit better, something happens which makes it ten times worse. One step forward, two steps back. That’s what it’s like. That’s when the idea popped into my head.
"Mum! You could talk to Meghan’s mum! You’ve practically looked after Meghan for years while her mum’s been away, she might listen to you!" Mum thought it over then smiled slightly and nodded.
"I’ll give it ago. Is your mum home now Meghan?" Meghan nodded and sniffed, wiping away her tears.
"Thanks Kathy." Mum smiled and stood up.
"I’ll pop over now and have a word." Meghan nodded and mum left. Meghan turned and looked at me.
"What do you want to do the rest of the day?" Either she felt a lot better knowing Mum was going to fix this, or she was just pushing the thought away for now. Which ever reason it was, I wasn't going to protest.
"They boys’ are having an after party for the end of their tour tonight, a bit like the one in California. They want both of us there. I want a new outfit for going. I’m sure you could do with one as well."
"Awwh thanks. Diss my clothing, that’s ok." I rolled my eyes and ran up to my room. I grabbed my phone, bag and went to lift my keys. They weren’t there. I don’t even have a car. I looked at my cast. It comes off in a few days thank god.
Meghan’s P.O.V.
Aimee went upstairs to get her stuff. Her dad started talking to me. "How have you and that Liam chap been getting on?" He asked. I thought about it for a minute.
"We uh, we’ve been on and off a few times... nothing serious though just a few differences we fell out over." I know I was close to Aimee’s dad, him being like my dad too but I didn’t feel close enough to tell him everything. He’d just treat Liam like he treated Harry when he hurt Aimee.
