The house was hidden behind tall trees perfectly. No one would see it unless they were flying above it. It was a decent sized house; two bedroom, three baths, a spacious living room and dining room, and an entertainment room that had every movie you could ever think of.

As soon as we got to the house, we wasted no time getting inside. Calleo helped me inside and Caleb carried our bags. We set up the sleeping arrangements quickly. I was going to take the master bedroom, Caleb was taking the smaller guest room, and Calleo was sleeping on the couch in the entertainment room but he was keeping his stuff in my room.

We were in my room now. Calleo was helping me unpack while Caleb was figuring out what we were eating tonight.

I felt weird about letting Calleo sleep on the couch. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. There was plenty of room for him to sleep with me.

"Are you feeling okay?" Calleo asked, pulling me from my thoughts.

I looked at him. He was staring at me with worried eyes. I managed to plaster a smile on my face.

"I feel fine."

He didn't fall for it. He walked over to me and tucked a strand of hair behind my ear. "You don't have to pretend around me, Ellie. I know something is wrong."

I blink a couple times, fighting the tears that were threatening to run loose. "I just don't want anyone to get hurt." I whispered.

Calleo took my face gently in his hands. He gazed deeply into my eyes. "Don't you worry about anyone except yourself."

"I can't help it." I whispered.

"Listen to me." he said, his voice rough with emotion. "The only way any of us will get hurt is if something happens to you."

"And if something happen to you? Or Caleb? or my father?" I asked. "You three are my weaknesses. They could hurt one of you to get to me. Especially if they know that I was already claimed. It won't take much for them to figure out who I have a bond with."

"Well, they don't."

"How do you know that?"

"Because I just do. You don't know who you have a bond with, right?"

"No." I lied.

"Alright then. There is no way that they know who your mate is."

I nodded, giving up. Calleo wrapped his arms around me and pulled me against him. I wrapped my arms around him and hid my face in his chest. A warm feeling began to grow in my stomach adn Calleo must have noticed the change in me. He pressed a gentle kiss to my temple and then my cheek. A soft moan escaped my lips and I felt his lips form a smile against my skin.

He ran his hand down my cheek, over my neck, and down to my shoulder. He pressed a kiss to the corner of my mouth and my lips tingled with anticipation.

Before he could press his lips to mine, the bedroom door opened. We broke apart quickly. So quickly that I tripped over my own feet and fell to the floor. Luckily, it was covered in a soft carpet that cushioned the blow.

Caleb looked between us before walking forward to help me up before Calleo could even move.

"Are you okay?" Caleb asked me.

"I'm good." I said with a chuckle.

"You look tired." Caleb said. "Maybe you should lie down for a little bit."

I shook my head. "I already slept too much today. I won't sleep tonight if I lie down now."

"Ellie, you won't miss anything." Calleo assured me.
