Chapter 1: The Wedding

[Lissana P.O.V]

"Mistress, are you excited for the wedding ceremony tomorrow?"
Erza asked.

"Yes!" I said, jumping up and down.

"Princess, your breakfast is ready." Levy bowed.

"Thanks Levy!"

I went downstairs, sat at the table, and ate.

"Mmmm~" I said, rubbing my tummy. "This is reallllyyyy good."

"Im glad you like it." Mira giggled.

"Oh yeah. Mira lets hangout at the garden today." I smiled.

"Sorry, Lissana I cant. I have to get the food ready for tomorrows wedding ceremony."

"Oh... Okay. Well good luck!" I waved back at Mira, and left the dining hall to the garden.

[Natsu P.O.V]

"You dont seem excited about tomorrow." Gajeel pointed out.

"I dont." I pouted.

"Then why dont you tell the princess she's no good?" Gray asked.

"Gray I didn't say she wasn't any good." I replied.

Gray shook his head. "Just be honest dude."

"Well honesty doesn't really matter to a demon, does it?" I glared at him.

"Oh do you really want to start it?!"

"Yeah I do-- !"

"STOP IT!" Jellal shouted.

"Aye!" Gray and I saluted.

Jellal inhaled and exhaled. "Natsu which suit do you perfer? The black or white?"

"Black." I pointed.

"Okay then. Gajeel and Gray go help with the decorations."

"Yes sir." They then left the room.

The next morning was the wedding day. I got on my black suit and ruffled my hair. Now this is the real Natsu. I grinned at my reflection.

"Looking pretty snazzy." Gajeel said, leaning on the door frame.

"I like this look. Dont judge." I replied, while straightening my tie.

"Its time to go to earth land." Jellal instructed.

"Alright."

[Lissana P.O.V]

My bridesmaids and I finally arrived at Earthland. Its so beautiful! Just as I imagined it would be.

"You ready princess?" Levy asked. I nodded.

I was in front of the door, about to enter the church. I looked at my side and closed my eyes. No one stood beside me. My parents had disappeared before I knew it.

The music started, so I opened the door and began to walk in.

[Natsu P.O.V]

I saw the door open and the priness came in. Ehh, she's average.
I stared at her as she walked through the aisle. Her face suddenly grew red.

After she arrived at my side, the priest spoke. "Do you take Lissana Heartfilia to be your lawfully wedded wife? If so answer, I do."

"I-- I... do.." I hesitated.

"And, do you take Natsu Dragneel to be your lawfully wedded husband? If so answer, I do."

"I do!" Lissana smiled.

"You may kis-"

"Wait! Don't we need to put the rings on first... ?" I said, panicking.

"If that's what you wish, prince."

"I do."

The ring barrier gave the princess my ring. She came toward me and lifted my hand. She slid the ring through my finger and it started to glow, acknowledging that I'm the demon prince.

I grabbed the ring and slid it through Lissana's finger. Everyone gasped. I stood frozen. It's not... Glowing.

"Why is this happening?!" Lissana asked.

"Is this ring broken? Someone must have replaced the real with a fake!" Erza declared.

"No, that did not happen. I can see details of the ring that others can not. It is the real thing. The only answer to why the ring isn't glowing is because..." The priest paused.

"What is it??" Lissana questioned.

"You're not the true princess."
