Chapter 4: The Hologram

[Natsu P.O.V]

I came out of my hiding place. "Gray, is she gone yet?"

"She's gone."

"Thank god. Im going back to the town."

"What! Are you crazy!? After all that you want to go back to her?"

"Is that a problem?"

Before Gray could say anything else, I went out the back door. I sprinted to the town, wanting to see Luce. I reached the town and saw blonde hair walking through the crowd.

"Luce!" I yelled, and ran toward her.

She turned around and smiled. "So we did see each other again."

"Yeah."

I heard a noise and looked at her waist. It was a brown pouch full of golden keys.

"Whats that?" I said, looking at the item.

Lucy covered her pouch. "Oh uh this... its nothing. I-- I must be on my way. Bye Natsu."

"Bye..."

Sigh. I wanted to spend more time with her. I ran back to the church and we all teleported home.

[Lucy P.O.V]

I went back home and worked on an article. "The princess..." I mumbled as I wrote. "... Ugh." I placed the pen down and laid back on my chair. This hurts my head. I sat back up and opened a box. There laid my journal. I opened it up and started to write. "Today I still saw that. The aura. Since I moved into town, I was able to see the light that surrounded people. The light that had mana stored for those demons and angels. However, humans aren't suppose to see them, but I can, and I still can. Other than the aura, I met a boy called Natsu. He's a bit weird, but I still enjoy my time with him. I've never met anyone like him. These were the key points of today." I closed my journal. I placed it back into the box and spun in my chair. What to do now? I don't want to work on the article. How about-- Bleep! suddenly a hologram appeared. I stared at it in shock.

"Lucy, your day is soon coming for you to become who you truly are." Then the hologram of a woman disappeared. Before I even realized, my body trembled in terror. My memories are still hazy, but somehow I knew what she meant.

After I stopped shaking, I looked at my desk. I stared at the golden keys. "At least I remember you guys." They then started to glow. "Something is happening again?!" I got out of my chair and backed up scared. Then I heard someones voice, "Touch it. It will lead to your fate." My fate...? I walked up to my keys with curiosity. I slowly reached for them, but stopped for a brief moment. I gulped, and finally touched it.

My vision started to blur and darkness took over.
