Chapter 29: Green eyes

[Erza P.O.V]

Natsu was going to catch Lucy, but I saw a fist going toward Natsu.

"Natsu!! Watch out!" I tried to warn him, but it was too late.

A speed of light with a hint of blue and green zoomed in front of us, and ran to Lucy. What speed...

I shook my head, and saw the guy catch Lucy...

"B-Bixlow..." Lissana spoke.

"Yo, Lissana." He replied.

"Lissana, you know him?" I asked.

She paused.

"Kind of.. Met him in the garden in Lucy's town."

I looked at the guy that caught Lucy, supposedly known as Bixlow. I looked at his eyes, I remember those eyes from somewhere...

[Flashback]

"Erzaaa!!!" Lissana waved at me, while running toward me.

"Hi, Lissana." I smiled.

"I want to show you something!!" Lissana jumped up and down, excitedly.

We walked through the hallway, and I saw Lissana staring at the clear blue sky.

I was looking at the floor until I bumped into Lissana.

"Ouch!" I rubbed my forehead.

"We're here!!" Lissana stated.

I looked around.

"What..?" I sweat dropped.

"You can come out now!" Lissana shouted.

"Quite, Lissana. There's no on-"

"Boo!" A boy appeared in front of me.

"Ahhhh!!" I shrieked, and stumbled backwards.

"Bwahahaha!! She got scared~~ she got scared~~!" The boy twirled and jumped in circles.

"Grrrrr!!" I stood up.

The boy stopped.

"Run!" He grabbed Lissana's hand, and they went on top of a shelter.

"Boy." I said.

"What?" He answered.

"What's your name?" I asked. He looked at Lissana, and she nodded.

"Bixlow." He looked straight at me.

"Those green eyes.." I mumbled.

"What did you say redhead!?" The boy shouted.

"Redhead!???!" I got furious. I climbed on top of the shelter and tackled Bixlow.

After week and weeks of him coming to the angel dimension, Lissana and I got closer to Bixlow.

[End of Flashback]

I see..so that's where I met him..

I looked at Lissana, then back at Bixlow. His eyes held sorrow and loneliness.

"Get your hands off Lucy." Lissana said.

"Sorry, no can do." Bixlow declined.

"Why?"

"B-because--" Bixlow was interrupted by the towns people.

"We need to protect the Angel Princess, from the dragon prince!!" One of the towns people glared at the unconscious Natsu.

"He's the demon prince!" I defended.

"How is he the demon prince, if he was the one who summoned the dragons!?" Another towns person spoke. I looked at the sleeping Lucy. Oh yeah, they don't know she's a goddess..yet.

"That's what I thought.." The towns people walked passed us, toward their broken houses.

"Wait! Where are you taking Lucy!?" I turned around.

"Somewhere safe.." Bixlow answered, and left.

"Natsu isn't going to like this.." I whispered to myself.

[Lissana P.O.V]

I looked at Bixlow walk away and run to catch up with the other towns people, with Lucy in his arms.

I felt like I remember him from somewhere...

Ba-Dump Ba-Dump

I put my hands on my chest.

I love Natsu don't I..?

I looked at the ground, at my feet. Then straight ahead, where I last saw Bixlow.

I..loved..Natsu...
