"okay why?" Carter asked.
"I think i know where he is."
*Calls Hunter*
"hey babe, Megan thinks she knows where Jacob is, what is it Megan?"
"190 Maple..-
"190 Maple Street, 35425"

It was a tiny room on top of an apartment, the roof basically, We used to go there all the time.
We went there to have our own space, and talk about important things.

HUNTERS POV

I walk to the roof and find Jacob sitting on the edge crying, his eyes all puffy and red.
"you okay?" I ask.
"no.."
I sat down on the edge beside him.
"she'll be fine bro.."
"I tried..." he said wiping his eyes.
"Ik you did. She really wants to see you.."
"I can't. I don't think I can do it.."
"yes you can."
He stood up and was pacing around the roof.
"come on you got it." I said slightly pushing him.
We went back to the hospital,up the floors, and on to the hallway, until we were standing at her room, 206.
"dude I can't.." he said starting to cry harder.
"come on I'll come with you.."
All of a sudden he started knocking, and Carter opened the door with puffy, red eyes too.
She walks out and shuts the door behind her.
"she's sick, like really sick. idk if it's the medicine or what.." She said wiping her eyes.
"damn..." Jacob said starting to cry even worse.
Carter pulled him into a hug and whispered sweet things.
"it's okay babe, I'm here, She loves you, she'll make it..but you really need to go in there..she's been asking for you.."
"oh my god...fine.."

JACOBS POV

I walk in and see her laying in give bed all lonely and stuff.
"Jacobbb...." she said happily trying to smile but was failing.
"megan.." I said looking down with my hands in my pockets. "are you okay?"
"well..idk to be honest.."
"what do you mean?" I ask looking up.
"I'm getting worse..."
I sat down and put my head in my hands.
"please..just get better.." I whisper.
"so.... are you okay?" She asked.
no.
"no.."
"I'm sorry, I can't help it..." she said letting a single tear fall down her cheek.
"No,no,no baby...I know you can't, I wasn't trying to...-" I said standing up and going to hug her..
"it's all my fault.." she said crying.
"no it's not..." I said crying with her.
"you probably want to leave..." she cried. "you probably don't love me anymore bc I might have fucking cancer.."
"no, no I don't... I wouldn't leave you for anything, you're my world Megan, and I believe you'll make it...I love you so much-h-h.."

She just laid there crying in my arms. I didn't want her to feel like that bc she really meant the world to me.
(this is sad, it makes me cry😭😭 and I'm the one writing it,, go fuck yourself Trin..🍑🍆)
We stayed like that for a while, Carter and Hunter went home already.
It was around 8:00 pm when Dr. Blackwell came in.
"I'm sorry..." she said sadly.
I looked up at her still holding Megan in my arms.
"so, we've taken blood and all that, idk if you've heard or not, but she's getting worse.."
"yeah..they told me.." I said looking down rubbing Megans back.
"Megan, how's the feeding tube going? it feel alright?" She asked.
no answer.
I slightly tapped her.
"come on babe you've gotta answer."
"it's fine.." she grunted.
"alright, well get some rest, we should have some results either tomorrow or the next day..call if you need anything.." she said walking out.
"k, thanks." I said now rubbing her arms then kissing her on the forehead.
"it'll be okay.." I whispered.
but I honestly didn't know if it would be or not. Hopefully it would be.
"I don't feel good.." she said sadly.
"I know I know, I'm sorry.."
I got up and cut the light off and walked back and kissed her on the cheek and was walking to a chair, to sleep I guess.
"lay with me.."
"I don't want to rip out you're chords..."

tbh I actually was bc what if she could die or something without them.
"they'll be fine."
I got up and gently laid her down in front of me and we soon drifted off to sleep..
