Hearing Franky recite her vows I could feel every word that she said. I know that our future together is going to be something special. It's like a fairytale. I never knew that I would be marrying someone, let alone a female. If you would've told me this five years ago I would've never believed you.

The reception followed right after the wedding and we had been sitting here for about half an hour. All I could do was sit and rub my belly as I watched my girlfr- I mean my wife, thank everyone who came to our table.

"Azalea?" Hearing my own name shook me out of my daze. "Huh?" I said as I turned around to Laila. "I have a surprise for you." She smiled from ear to ear as she took a step to the left.

"Well, hello there beautiful." I was stunned! My jaw dropped and my eyes damn near popped out of my head. What is he doing here? I thought he was stationed in Atlanta... "Oh, hey Jeremiah, it's good to see you again. I've missed you." He said in a mocking tone.

"Yeah, hey Jeremiah. Sorry." I forced a giggle as I got up and gave him a hug. Jeremiah was the only man I've ever been in love with. I didn't even know he was on the guest list. Laila must've snuck him on there behind my back. Franky ended her conversation and joined us. "Hello, I'm Franky, Azalea's wife." She emphasized the word wife as she outstretched her hand to Jeremiah. He shook her hand. "Congratulations. That's a true honor. I'm Azalea's ex-boyfriend, first love and childhood best friend, Jeremiah."
