It's been a couple weeks since the wedding and things have been moving along pretty well. We got the house up and running, everything has been moved in already. I'm glad I'm pregnant because I didn't have to move anything. Don't get me wrong though, I wanted to help but I just couldn't.

I got a text from Jeremiah today asking if we could hang out. Franky was at work so I didn't have anything to do today, so I told him to come and pick me up. I went to text Franky that I was going out but I heard her car in the driveway. She walked in the door and looked at me strange before she kissed my lips. "Why are you all dressed up and ready to go somewhere?" She knows if I'm going to stay home I simply lay around in her t-shirts, which she loves.

"Well Jeremiah hit me up today and wanted to hang out. I told him that it would be fine since you were at work and I had nothing planned for today." Franky had left to go into the other room but came back the instant I said Jeremiah's name. She stood there for a second just looking at me.

"So you're going out with Jeremiah today and didn't bother to text me or talk to me about it?" I could hear the frustration in her voice.

"Franky, I was in the middle of texting you when you walked in the door. Did you still want me to send the text? Because I will." I didn't mean to catch an attitude but I was literally in the middle of texting her when she walked in.

"No, it's fine. I was just about to hit up one of my exes and ask them if they wanted to hang out today since my wife wanted to spend some time with her ex-boyfriend." She walked into the kitchen and I followed her. She grabbed a beer out of the fridge and popped the cap, pressing the bottle to her lips.

"Babe," I rested my hand on her arm. "It's not like that. Jeremiah and I grew up together and were best friends far before anything happened between us. I married you. You're the love of my life. I'm not going anywhere and no one is taking me from you. You have nothing to worry about, I promise you." I sensed her calm down a little so I kissed her cheek to seal the deal.

She took a deep sigh. "Fine, Azalea. If he tries anything, I swear you better tell me. Then text his parents and tell them to plan for his funeral." She kissed my lips and then walked back out to her car to grab her things.

Franky walked back in with an annoyed look on her face. "Azalea, your sorry excuse for an ex is outside waiting for you." I heard her shout loud enough for Jeremiah to hear as he walked up to the door.

I grabbed my phone and my purse and walked past him. "Just ignore her. Come on." I shook my head as I sat down in his Jeep Wrangler and put my seatbelt on. I laid my head back as he pulled off. The sun was shining and the wind was blowing in my hair. I tried my best not to let the explosion in the kitchen kill my mood. We were just old friends going to grab a bite to eat, that was it. I just wish Franky could see it that way.
