Calum's P.O.V.

"So," she continued, biting her lower lip as she stares at me. "Wanna get out of here?"

I laughed awkwardly, grabbing my drink. "I... but we're having fun here, aren't we?"

She leaned closer. "I'll show you what fun is---"

And, as if on cue, I caught Michelle passing by at the corner of my eyes. I pulled her to my side, cutting off whoever this girl was - because I have no idea who she really was, I said; "oh, hey, babe! Where are you going?"

"Wha---" Michelle started, eyeing me. But I gave her the look, signaling her to play along. "I... I was looking for you!"

"Who is she?" The girl interrupted, annoyed.

"Oh, yeah," I said. "Michelle, this is... err... what was your name again?"

"Tiara," she said, bored. She rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, that," I chuckled awkwardly.

"You never mentioned you have a girlfriend?" She asked. "News said you were single."

"She's my g---" but Michelle elbowed me, cutting me off.

"No. Definitely not his girl," Michelle said abruptly.

My heart dropped.

But, that's just it, I know why she was doing this. I know why she was denying us.

And, I must say, that's why I love her. That's why I'm standing on my ground, fighting to be with her even with Cheryl being a total bitch about us.

Our situation is different now. We were free before. We can go out and be seen together. Hell, we were even expected to be together even when we were just friends.

But things changed as we ventured to chase our dream. Cheryl wanted all of us to stay out of trouble with girls. She wanted us to all come out free; not in any relationship. But I can't just ditch Michelle over anything. I've waited so long to be with her.

I also don't wanna lose our dream either; So, I did what I think would benefit everyone. I didn't broke up with Michelle. And, to please Cheryl, I made sure I kept my relationship with Michelle private. So far, it's working quite alright. All I have to do is get out of social medias to avoid posting anything about us. She also agreed to put her social media accounts in private and kept her followers to close friends and family only. Cheryl also instructed us not to go out with just the two of us; so earlier, when we had lunch, we brought Ashton with us. But, if given a choice, I'd never deny nor hide her. I want the whole world to know about her.

I guess I'll just keep holding on and continue being strong for us until that right time comes. Just like what she was doing - for us.

"I guess, we'll go now," I said, pulling Michelle. "Nice meeting you, err, Tara."

"It's Tiara," she corrected, annoyed.

"Whatever," I shrugged, turning on my heel dragging Michelle behind me. After a couple of seconds or so, I let go of her hand, acting my part to keep us a secret. "Where were you going, love?"

She giggled, shaking her head. She whispered shout, leaning closer to me, "we don't want anyone hearing that."

"I don't care. Cheryl's not here," I chuckled, glancing at her as we walked back to our table.

"I was really looking for you," she said, catching us. I've always found it cute how one step of  mine is two steps for her. "And I was looking for the restroom."

"Oh, it's over there," I pointed at the back side of the club. "Do you want me to accompany you?"

"Nope, I'll be fine, Calum," she smiled. "Go and have fun with the boys."
