Chapter 19: Battle For Love

I groaned as I was being shaken awake, I opened my eyes to see S.J.. "Your awake he yelled. " Where is everyone?" I asked. "Fighting Fuzen" S.J. said. "I have to go back!" I yelled. "Okay, okay, come on" S.J. said, leading the way.

"Where's S.J.?" Silver asked Sora. "With Rena" he said. It was just the two of them, everyone else fainted. "He he he he he he he he he" Fuzen laughed, throwing a ball of light at Silver. "Silver!" Sora yelled, scrambling away with Silver. "Give up already!" Fuzen yelled. "No, never, not while my love is still alive" Sora said to him. "Aah love it makes you do crazy things" Fuzen said, dreamlike, he shook his head. "Look at you, your pathetic!" Fuzen said getting ready to attack. "No, I'm not!" Sora yelled angrily. "Ooh a temper looks like someone gained a backbone!" Fuzen yelled.

"Come on, just a few more climbs" S.J. said urgently. "S.J. calm down!" I yelled. He looked at me with tears in his eyes. I stopped short in surprise, S.J. has never cried, ever. "All right, let's step on it" I said, climbing up.

"Die already!" Fuzen screamed. "Never!" Sora yelled, spitting blood in Fuzen's face. "You little-" Arrooo I yowled. Fuzen looked around and saw S.J. and I sliding down from the cliff. "Mommy!" S.J. yelled, running to Silver. "Fuzen, it's me you want, leave the others alone!" I ordered. He looked at me and I saw fear in his eyes.

I started to glow. "Rena" Sora said faintly reaching for me. I ran to him. "Your alive" he said, happily. "Hmm-mm" I said, fighting back tears, one fell out and I quickly brushed it away, but Sora saw it. "Hey, Rena, I'm fine" cough cough. He laid back down.

"Sora, your coughing up blood" I said, through tears. He held my hand and intertwined his fingers in my mine and whispered. "I love you" and then he closed his eyes. "No, Sora!" I screamed. "Rena!?" S.J. said looking hurt. He came over to me and saw Sora. "Sora!" he cried, as he fell on top of him crying.

I grabbed S.J. and held him close. After awhile I needed S.J. to do something. "S.J." I said quietly. "Yes, Rena?" he asked. "Can you do something for me?" I asked. "Hmm-mm" he said. "I want you to take your brother and Akitaoshi and lead them to safety, can you do that?" I asked.

"Yes, I can" he said, running to find them. "Hmm such a pity" Fuzen said watching S.J. leave. I growled. "Leave him be!" I growled threateningly. "I won't hurt him" Fuzen said, his voice low. "You know you look exactly like Terra?" Fuzen asked me. "She was my sister!" I growled.

"She did say something about a little sister, course she said all sorts of things" he said, trying to catch me off guard. "What kind of things?" I asked, watching his every move. "Things like how she was sorry she left you and she yelled your name as she died" he said. He jumped aiming to land on me, but I was ready for him and moved out of the way. "Your smart for a legendary wolf" he growled menacingly at me. "What do you mean?" I asked. "Oh, I've heard of your adventures" he said.

I growled low then it grew louder. "Ooh temper, temper" he said with wide eyes. Arrooo I howled. Fuzen looked side to side as Terra and her group materialized out of thin air. "Terra" Fuzen whispered, his eyes full of pain. "Fuzen, step down and admit defeat and leave the Earth" Terra said gently. "I can't" he whimpered.

He looked broken, like a child that lost everything. "Please my love" Terra whispered, putting her head on his. He sniffled. "Okay, I'll leave to be reunited with you" Fuzen said. "I'll be waiting" Terra said, disappearing along with her team. I watched Fuzen go to Terra's grave and sit down in front of it. "Go ahead and take me to be reunited with her" he chanted over and over again.

I looked over to the other side to see the others waking up. A little apart from the others was Axel and Meka. "Axel, don't leave me!" Meka cried with tears running down her face. "I have to" he said to her softly. "But I love you" she said gasping, trying to control her sobs. "I love you too" he said, giving her a kiss on the lips. "Then why do you have to leave me?" Meka asked.

"My time on this Earth is up, I have to return" he explained. He walked toward me. "Take care, my friend" Axel said, starting to disappear. "Take care my friend" I said as I stood up. "Is it over?" Kazuma groaned. "It should be" Akoya said, brushing dirt off her. "Where are my kids?" Silver asked frantically.

"Their with Aoshi and Akitaoshi" Meka said. "Where's my brother?" Kiba asked. "Sora's...gone, Kiba" I said, trying to cry. He's face was one of shock and pain. "I promised him that I would keep him safe! Why did he have to be so stupid!" Kiba cried, pounding his fist on the ground. "Kiba, stop" I said, forcefully. Kiba sniffed.

"He died a hero, right?" he asked. "Yes, yes he did" I said, facing the ground as the tears fell. "Did we win?" a voice asked. Kiba looked up and ran to Sora, bowling him over, so Sora was on the ground. "Get off me, you big oaf!" Sora yelled at Kiba. "I'm so happy, your alive!" Kiba exclaimed. "Yeah, yeah, whatever" Sora said, grinning as he wrestled with Kiba.

"Momma!" Kane yelled, as he and S.J. ran to Silver. "What are we going to do now?" Sora asked. "We wait for night to come" I answered. Red-Eye joined us shortly. "Where's Fuzen? " Red-Eye asked. " He's gone someplace where he can be happy " I explained. " Where's Axel? " White Wolf asked.

"He left " Meka said sadden. " It'll be okay, Meka you have us " Ice said, flicking his tail. " I know the feeling" Kyoshi said. We all sat down around the graves. " Where to now? " S.J asked. " I don't know, Rena?" Kyoshi and Dr. Aoshi asked. " I have no idea, stay here for a bit and go home, I guess" I said.

"But how are we going to get back to town?" Kane asked. "Um... I don't know, that's a good question, how will we? " Akitaoshi asked. " Hmm, I never thought we would make it this far" I admited. " I could call a helicopter, but it got destroyed" Red-Eye said. " Your no help" White Wolf said, gruffly.

" Let's get some sleep, maybe one of us will dream up something" Aoshi said sarcastically. I slept by Terra's grave. " Rena " a familiar voice said to me. " Is that you Meziku or is that you Terra " I asked. " It's me" Terra said.

"Hi sister" I said. " Whose is this Meziku? " Terra asked her head cocked sideways. " Meziku was one of Silver's apprentices when I first met Silver. Silver and her and her other apprentices were captured, Meziku and I went to get them back and I was fighting two of Red-Eye's goons, when she went to go get Silver, Red-Eye murdered her! " I cried. " She's not here with us " Terra said. " Then where is she?" I asked. " She's in a better place " Terra said, smiling. " Where is she? " I cried. "She's with you, always " Terra said, disappearing. "Wait don't go!" I exclaimed.
