The gang found us at the café. We were sitting outside when someone started running toward us. "Rena!" the sailor yelled. "Yes?" I asked. "Your a hard one to find, anyway, she's ready" he told me. "Great, we'll be at pier shortly" I said. We gathered our supplies and headed to the pier.
"All aboard!" he yelled. "Auntie, I'm scared" Kane said. Kyoshi sighed. "Rena, could you get Kane, please?" Kyoshi asked. "Sure" I nodded. "You won't hurt me, will you?" he asked. "I promise" I said.
I picked him up. He's soft I thought. "Thanks miss Rena" Kane said happily, going to Kyoshi. "This is it, we're going to the island" Kiba said. "I wish Silver was here" I said, sadly. "Even the lost ones will find their way to their loved ones" Dr. Aoshi said. I stayed silent as Aoshi took a cigarette out and lit it.
He inhaled then exhaled causing a perfect smoke ring. "Ah, have a good night" he said. I heard a rumble close by. "Was that your stomach or thunder?" Kiba asked. "Someone's stomach, I hope" I said. "You all need to get inside, storm's a' coming and looks to be a bad one too" he said. Kiba and I headed to the middle deck where everyone else was.
"Auntie, your sure we won't be shipwrecked?" Kane asked, nervously. "I'm positive it won't wreck" she reassured. "See look at Rena, she's calm and not worrying" Kyoshi said. Kane looked at me, I may have looked calm on the outside but my insides were twisted with tension. "Have you been shipwrecked before, miss Rena?" Kane asked. "I've only traveled by land, never by sea" I answered. There was a huge crack of thunder that made the boat rock.
"We're all going to die" Kane squeaked. "We're fine, bro" S.J. said, trying to reassure his brother, even though he was scared as well. "I'm going to check on the stuff, stay here" I told the others. I walked up to the upper deck. Rain fell and thunder crashed, lightning lit the sky. "We'll be fine, just a little rain" I said to myself. A huge wave surged up and fell on the deck, causing me to fall in the water.
"Miss Rena!" the boys shrieked, running to the upper deck. The others ran to the upper deck and looked down the side. I'll be fine!" I yelled as a wave swamped me, I broke the surface of the water. "Rena!" Sora yells. "I'll be fine!" I shouted. At least I hope I thought. "Captain, we need her!" Axel yelled.
"I wish I could help her, but the ship sinking fast, come on, git to the lifeboat!" he yelled. Guys!" I yelled. "Yes!" they yelled back. "We'll met on the island!" I yelled to them. "On the island!" they yelled back. A wave tears me away and causes me to go under. "Is this what dying feels like?" I ask myself.
The necklace began to glow, enveloping me in a bubble where I could breathe. "This glowing light could it be...-" "Rena" a soft voice called to me. "Meziku?" I ask. "No it's Fang" the necklace says. "Why are you communicating with me?" I ask her.
"You hold my necklace, that's how" she answered. "Why was it left on the ground in the cave?" I ask. "I was hoping you, or one of your friends would grab it" she answers. "Why?" I ask. "The necklace can bind Toratoni and free Silver" she answered. The news shocked me. "Are you that powerful?" I ask her. "I work in ways no one else can" she answered.
***************************************************************Sora jumped into the water. "Rena!" he screamed. He dove under the water, then came back up. "Sora, get out of there!" Kiba yelled, grabbing Sora and throwing him back on the deck. Sora shivered violently."I hope Rena can survive this" Kane said. "Rena's survived worse things than this" Kiba said. "Does this mean I'm pack leader?" S.J. asked, breaking the silence. Kazuma swatted him. "Ouch!" S.J. yelped.
"I wouldn't sell my Rena out short" Kazuma said. Sora growled. "Let it go Sora" Kiba said, holding onto Sora's shoulder. "Rena's mine, no one can take her away from me" Sora said defiantly.
***************************************************************"Never again, am I going to swim in the cold!" I shouted. I was shaking so bad that it was an effort to stay up. "You made it though" Fang said. "I wish Sora and the others were here with me" I said sadly. "Yes, but life goes on" Fang said.I looked around the area. "This area looks familiar" I said. "It's called Thunderstone Circle" Fang said. I gasped. "My sister is buried close by" I said.
I got a letter that the sailor gave me before we sent sail, the letter was Terra's goodbye to me. "Whose Terra?" Fang asked. "My sister" I said, tears welled up in my eyes as well as a lump in my throat. "It sounds like you loved her" Fang said. "I did!" I cried. "She love you?" Fang asked. "Yes, she was sister and I couldn't save her!" I yelled. "I couldn't" I said as grief took hold of me. I howled my sorrows then morphed into a human and cried right there.
