Chapter 13: Silver's Pups

"Auntie Kyoshi, Auntie Kyoshi, how much longer?" Kane asked.
"I don't know, ask Rena" Kyoshi replied. "Not long now" I sighed. We reached a large meadow, since it was a nice day, I stopped short. "Why are we stopping?" Terra asked. "Today is a free day, go have fun" I said. Everyone left, except Terra and her group.

"Rena I have to talk to you" Terra said. "What, your leaving!" I shouted, some time later. "Please try to understand, we can't stay" Terra said. "If that's what you want" I sighed. "I'm sorry, good-bye" Terra said, running off with her group. As I was dozing off in the dappled shade, I heard a whirring of a helicopter. Whirr whomp whomp "S.J. it's momma, momma's coming home!" Kane exclaimed, running toward the 'copter.

I stopped him by putting my paw gently on his back. "Get off me!" he complained. "I barely put any pressure on you!" I yelled. "Your bigger than me!" Kane complained. I grabbed him by his scruff, luckily I was gentle enough. "Thank you" Kyoshi said. "It could be Red-Eye" I said quietly.

"How can you be sure?" White Wolf asked. "It has his symbol on it" I told her. The helicopter door opened up to drop someone down. I walked toward the helicopter. "Sora what are you doing?" I Ice asked. "I'm going with Rena" he said, running to catch up too me. I was under the blades now, I didn't see Sora come up on my side.

"Who do you think it is?" Sora asked. "What!?" I asked, unable to hear him. We looked up and saw drones peeling away the Red-Eye symbol to reveal a gray and black symbol of a tail with a saying: Bow down to the love and might of Lord Torateni. "That means-" before Sora finished his sentence I was gone. "Rena!" Akoya shrieked. I growled as I leaped with an intensity that knocked the drone down. "Let go of my drone" a little girl said with her hands on her hips.

I swung my head around to face her, she looked like Meziku. I growled. "What are you doing?" the little girl asked me. "Rena, don't" Sora said to me. I couldn't hear him. "Sora step away"Dr. Aoishi said. Sora stepped away.

"What's wrong with her?" Sora asked. "Blood Rage" Akitaoshi piped in. Dr. Aoshi looked at her. "Blood Rage is brought by anger or it's hereditary, if its used multiple tines, the one who uses it dies a painful death" she explained. "SISSY!" the girl shrieked. Silver appeared to take the little girl. "Let's go, my dear" she said.

"Silver" I whispered painfully. "Bye-bye" she said and like that she was gone. "Rena, what now?" White Wolf asked. "We're going to the Eye of the island to defeat Red-Eye once and for all" I said. "Auntie Kyoshi, will mommy come back?" Kane asked. "I don't know baby, I don't know" she started to clean him. "As long as Rena's alive, we won't have to worry" S.J. reassured.

"I'll be alpha male, won't I, Rena?" he asked. "Once I die" I said. "That will be soon, right?" he asked. he asked. "Ack!" he exclaimed. "I'll be dead when I say I'm dead" I growled at him. I let the pup get up, he shook himself then went to Kyoshi. "Where to next, Kiba?" I asked. "Next stop is Grazia Cave" he answered. "Is it dangerous?" Kyoshi asked. "Yes but we can make it" Sora said.
