Tim landed on top of a shop near Hardy street. He looked around for the thugs that had on clown make up on. They would be the guys that lead him to Joker. The men with the make up on were looting a toy store. Red Robin jumped off the building and landed behind one of them, he realized taking out one of them would alert the rest of the group.

Looking around, Tim devised a plan. Noticing that most of the men were armed, Red Robin knew that taking them all at once would be suicide. He glanced around and saw a few of penguin's men. They looked like they were getting ready for a fight.

Tim heard one of Joker's men shout to alert the rest of the group. As both groups started to run towards each other, Tim knew they would be too distracted. Going along with his plan, Red Robin threw down a smoke bomb and grabbed one of Joker's men.

The man screamed, he was trying to alert his friends, but to no avail. Tim hung him upside down and started to question him. Dangling over the edge of the toy shop, the man said, "Who...who the hell are you?"

"I could ask you the same question."

"What are you? You some kinda Robin?"

"Something like that," Tim responded with a smirk. "Now since I answered your question, you can answer mine. Who has the bombs?"

"Screw you! I'm not telling you nothin'," the man screamed.

"Listen, we could do this the hard way, or the easy way." Tim titled his head and brought out one of his batarangs.

The man looked at the weapon then back at Tim. "Uh...uh," the man stuttered. "Alright! Alright! Listen, I don't no who has the bombs-"

Red Robin groaned in annoyance and brought the batarang up to his feet. The man looked down and saw how much of a drop is was. "But," the man went on. "I have a friend who I think does."

"Who?"

"'Name's Real jimmy! But most just call him Rj! Listen he's tight with the Joker, so he should know who has the bombs!"

"Where is he?" Tim yelled.

"I think by the old dock area near Albany street, if not try his apartment! He lives near Volk Street. It's in the Cobble Hill district."

"Thanks," Tim said. Knocking him out, Red Robin went to see what had happen to both Joker's and Penguin's men. By now one of the groups should have killed the other, Tim thought. Grabbing the man by the rope Tim looked at what was left of Penguin's men.

"Hey, you said you counted six right?" one of Cobblepot's men said.

The man on his left looked at him and replied, "Yeah...Yeah I think so."

"So, uh, where's the sixth?" the man to his right looked around trying to figure out where the last Joker guy went.

"Maybe he ran away," he shrugged.

"I seriously doubt it." The man on the left said looking up at the unconscious hanging body. He tapped the thug who brought the conversation up on the shoulder. He pointed upward to show everyone what he was looking at. "Do you think the Batman got him?"

"I think so. It looks like something he would have done." The men looked around. "Do ya think he's still here?"

"If he is, then I don't wanna be the one to find out. C'mon lets get back to base." The group of men followed the one in the back and left.

Tim watched them from a roof top across the street until they were out of sight. He sighed, "Why does everyone always think I'm someone else other than Red Robin?"

"I don't know, maybe it's the suit?" The voice startled Tim. Looking behind, he grabbed his Bo-staff in case of a fight.

"Where-?" Tim searched around and didn't see anything.

"Down here!" Tim followed the voice and saw the Red Hood.

"What the hell, Jason?" Jumping down to the ground, Tim tried to see what he was doing.

"Hey, watch the language," Red Hood taunted. "I mean you don't want the big bad bat finding out you cussed?" Jason laughed as he saw Tim cross his arms. "Chill, Tim. I'm just here to help."

"Really?" Tim didn't believe it. He wasn't going to buy it.

"Yes, really. C'mon, I'll help you out with your little lead," Jason said. "I'll check the apartment while you go to the docks."

Tim didn't budge. He looked at Jason and rolled his eyes. Putting his hand to the bridge of his nose he responded, "You want to help? Fine. Give me a synopsis of what's been happening."

Jason rolled his eyes under his hood then spoke, "Wow, do you really not trust me?" Tim groaned and let his head fall backwards. "Fine. I know what Joker is doing. He wants to create Gotham into his personal playground. He planted bombs inside of people and will detonate them is they aren't destroyed."

Sighing once more, Tim realized that Jason knew about the same as he did. Red Robin decided he would go to the apartment and Jason would go to the old docks. They both made an agreement to meet back up near 5th avenue in less than an hour if not one was going after the other.

A/N: I know it's shorter than the first chapter, but hey. I wanted to include Jason in this story and a few other bat people, so watch out for more of them.

Jason and Tim's relationship is going to be a little complicated in this story, I mean they will have a brother relationship like the one where it's like "I'll beat you up." and "But if someone else does I'll kiss their ass." type-thing

Also reader is not in this chapter but will be in the next.
