The trial had begun, but the atmosphere felt different. We were all still mortified and frightened, but this time, everything just felt dark. Kyojuro wasn't struggling to be released and almost looked depressed. Everything going on today is strange...Why are there so many questions to be answered today?
Monokuma was on his little throne, eating pancakes, when he shouted, "Are you going to start this trial or do I have to punish every single one of you punks?!"
His attitude was strange today. He was being very pushy, almost demanding. Everything about today is just out of order. Shane, you need to get your head straight. Figure out the trial and then worry about the rest...
"First things first, Teiko obviously died from multiple stab wounds, but what was used to kill him? The murder weapon was no where to be found," Coraline said.
"I didn't find the any type of murder weapon when I looked around." I replied.
Monokuma laughed, "Oh noooo, sounds like you punks are in for one tough time."
He started to spin around on his throne, almost too happy to be usual. "I don't know if this would be useful, but I found what looked like scissors outside of our living area. There was water all along the sidewalk as well, but the trail ended before I could tell where it lead. But the scissors are what boggles me. The handles were covered in a thick hard plastic and the blades were slightly serrated."
Kueriji spoke up.Bee shook her head. "They weren't scissors, they were kitchen shears. They are scissors used for cutting through bone and tough meat."
I shuddered a bit. I could only imagine what pain he went through. Kitchen shears are thick and shorter than actual scissors. Who would put him through that much pain?
"So we can only assume that the shears are the murder weapon. Kueriji, was there blood on them or on the sidewalk?" I asked, adrenaline rushing through my body.
She shook her head. "The shears were wet, but there was no blood to be seen."
"The killer must have washed them off. Unfortunately, it would be rather difficult to pinpoint where they were washed off. I have a question though. Bee, you were with Teiko this morning. I noticed your bag was near the towels. It's rather suspicious that you happened to be there right before he was murdered. You're the killer, aren't you?" Milono exclaimed.
You could tell she was dead set on Bee. Bee has an alibi and I know personally she wouldn't kill the guy she lov...liked. Don't you do this now, Shane. Stop being jealous, your best friend is dead.
Bee looked up at Milono. "I have an alibi. As I told Shane, at 8:15, I left to go to the Supermarket to get sunscreen, since Teiko and I forgot ours. He was murdered two minutes after I had left. I didn't return until 8:28, when I screamed and you all ran to me. I couldn't have been the killer."
Milono bit her lip, looking away from her. Milono had never been wrong about her conclusions, but you could see her even questioning herself now.
I jumped back into action. "Ok, since Bee is out of the question, Coraline, Kueriji, Milono, and I are the only ones who do not have alibis..."
I was suddenly cut off by Kueriji. "No, you have an alibi Shane. I'm not going to let you get blamed for this murder. A few days ago, Shane came to me to tell me that he wouldn't be leaving his room for a few days. I checked up on him every day, even rattled his door handle to make sure he was there. His lights have been on every day. Shane didn't leave until the Body Discovery Announcement went off because I watched him leave his room."
