Charmed!

Chapter 20: Demon Hunting!

   Prue was in the library at magic school. Then Chris orbed in. "Shouldn't you be with Andy?" Chris asked. "He's at work." Prue replied and Chris nodded. "I'm gathering everyone for a demon vanquish." Chris stated. "Why do you think I'm here?" Prue asked. "Looking for demons to vanquish?" Chris asked. "No, hiding from you." Prue replied and Chris nodded. "Lets go." Chris stated and Prue sighed. "Why?" Chris asked. "You're my nephew." Prue stated. And that's why your hiding from me?" Chris asked and Prue nodded. "I thought it would be because I've been making you chafe demons." Chris stated. "I'm use to that." Prue stated and Chris nodded. Chris sat down and Prue turned away from him. "I know I should have told you and I know I should tell the others and I know you don't like keeping this from Them. I want to tell them, I do. But I can't without risking to change the future." Chris explained. "Didn't you come to change the future?" Prue asked. "True, but I don't want to end up changing the future in ways that aren't good. I only want to save Wyatt so he's not evil so the world doesn't go to crap." Chris explained and Prue sighed. Then they orbed away.
      They orbed to the Halliwell Mansion and were greeted by Piper, Phoebe, and Paige. "Here is the summoning spell."Chris stated as he handed it to Prue. "The Trok demon. A two head demon who can sent violent waves with his roar." Prue stated. "He'll be here in a minute, just say the spell when he comes." Chris stated. The Trok demon came and he roared and made them all fly back and fall. "From other world's far to near, get him the trok out of here!" The Charmed Ones exclaimed and he was vanquished. They all stood up and glared at Chris. "Okay. Let's vanquish the next demon." Chris stated. "No. I have to get to work." Phoebe stated. "Same." Prue stated. "I have to find work." Paige stated. "We won't find the demon that turns Wyatt evil by vanquishing every demon we can. We have to lool more into it." Piper stated and then she walked upstairs. "Phoebe and Paige left the house. Chris sighed. "Piper has a point. Besides, we all have lives. We love being witches, but we still want a normal life. Piper doesn't have a normal life with Leo or her kids. Paige and I have a normal boyfriend and I might have a normal child. Phoebe doesn't even have a guy. We all have our work as our safe house. Because sometimes we want to be normal." Prue explained and Chris nodded. Prue was about to leave but stopped. "Piper won't hate you forever." Prue stated and then she left.
      Chris was at Magic School in the library. Then Gideon walked in. "Oh. Hello, Chris." Gideon greeted. "Hi, Gideon." Chris greeted. "What are you looking for?" Gideon asked. "Just.... Some demons." Chris replied and Gideon nodded. "The Charmed Ones giving you a hard time?" Gideon asked. "Oh, yeah. They really are stubborn." Chris replied and then he heard footsteps. "I heard that." Piper stated as she walked in. She was holding Wyatt. "Chris, what are you doing here?" Piper asked. "Just.... Looking at demons." Chris replied. "Could Wyatt stay here?" Piper asked. "I could watch him." Chris suggested. "I don't think so." Piper stated and Chris sighed. "Maybe you or the daycare." Piper suggested. "Of course. I will take him to the daycare right now." Gideon stated. "Well, I want to say goodbye to hin and make sure he doesn't cry first. So I'll take him." Piper stated and she walked out. "Not very trusting." Gideon commented. "I know, but can you blame her?" Chris asked. "Good point." Gideon agreed.
     Chris was still at Magic School and then Paige orbed in. "Hey, Paige." Chris greeted. "We need healing power. I still can't do it and you can't." Paige stated. "Okay, I'll get Gideon." Chris stated. "No need, I'm here." Gideon stated as he walked in. "What do you need?" Gideon asked. "Prue was injured and needs to be healed." Paige stated frantically. "Demon?" Gideon asked. "Yes! It's bad!" Paige exclaimed. Paige and Gideon orbed to the Halliwell Mansion. They saw Prue and she was on the couch and her eyes werr closed. She had a big and deep gash in her stomach. "Hurry! Her pulse is weak!" Phoebe exclaimed. Gideon walked over to her and healed her, it took a minute and got everyone scared. They all hugged her.
     "I guess I better go back to job hunting." Paige stated with a sigh. "Actually, there is an opening at Magic School if you want to work there." Gideon suggested. "Really?" Paige asked. "Of course!" Gideon exclaimed. "I would love that!" Paige exclaimed. "What is my job?" Paige asked. "You will be teaching elementary kids their individual powers." Gideon replied. "That's amazing!" Paige exclaimed. "You'll start tomorrow." Gideon stated and Paige nodded in agreement.
