Show #1 - To a New World!

Standing in the middle of the cafe, Cyan took a deep breath. She knew that this was best. Going back to her former world would help her grow as a musician. The dim lights flickered in the cafe as Cyan collected her thoughts.

"I know that everyone's very passionate here at MidiCity," Cyan explained. "...But I think that if we showed people here that music connects people to one another, even if they are from different worlds, that can show people how wonderful music really is!"

Chuchu looked at Moa and Retoree with wide eyes. Crow looked at the rest of his band members with an excited look, but the rest of the band looked back, concerned.

Chuchu, Moa and Retoree smiled in delight.

"I think that would be a splendid idea!" Chuchu beamed.

"It will be so much fun pyuru!" Moa cheered.

Retoree nodded, "It will be interesting. I'm up for the challenge."

Cyan smiled and nodded at her band members. She turned to Shingancrimsonz and her smile broke at the sight of the members' faces.

Rom shook his head with a displeased look, "Can we be realistic here? I don't have the time to be frolicking in another world. Both of our bands just got popular and now you want to go on hiatus?"

"Rom's right," Yaiba muttered. "We'd be disappointing many of the cattle."

Chuchu murmured under her breath, "You mean fans..."

Cyan's shoulder's slumped. They were right, the bands of BRR have gained much attention recently and both bands have worked very hard to raise to the top. It would be asking too much of everybody to come along with her.

Crow stared deeply into Cyan's eyes. It pained him to see her in a discouraged state when majority of the time, she would be breaming with enthusiasm. He clenched his fists.

"You guys are morons!" Crow lectured his band members. "You all know that it's the popular bands that are being targeted! And now that we're number one rock stars, we can't just sit here! If anything, our music stones will turn to dust if we do nothing!"

The Plasmagica band stared blankly at Crow, "Number one he says..."

The rest of the Shingancrimsonz members shook their heads, not convinced.

Rom stepped in for the band members, "Sorry. We're out. Plus, I have taxes to worry about." Everyone but Crow left the cafe.

Crow sat still on the bar stool but his eyes followed the shadow of his team members sadly. He took a deep breath and looked back at Cyan.

"I'm sorry. I don't think they'll be coming to the human world," Crow scratched his head in embarrassment.

Cyan walked up to Crow and took both his hands in hers. Crow jumped in his seat, his face bright red.

"Thank you Crow," Cyan whispered. "I know how much your band and your fans mean to you. You've all worked so hard and I'm asking for a big favour. I understand if you want to stay here."

Crow gulped. Cyan's eyes were glossy and the look on Cyan's face pleaded Crow to come along on the adventure, as if he was her only hope. Crow took his hands back quickly and faced the wall opposite from Cyan, in an attempt to hide his flushed face.

"... Just so you know! I'm doing this for the sake of Midi City and for my own musical ability, okay?! No other intention!" Crow yelled. He felt guilty taking his hands away and yelling at Cyan. He admitted to himself that he needed to work on controlling how he spoke to others.

Cyan giggled, "Okay! It's settled!" She turned and walked back to Plasmagica. "Alright! Let's step out and tell our manager our plans!"

Plasmagica headed out of the cafe and Crow followed from behind.
