7 years later..

NICKI POV

I woke up feeling kinda queazy, I ran to the bathroom and vomited.

Afterwards I decided to take a pregnancy test...

Positive

I didn't know how to feel. I just wasn't quite sure how Drake was going to react. I threw away the test and decided to ignore the news until I talked to Drake. I didn't want to get excited so soon.

About an hour later Londyn woke up.

"Morning." I said to her as I made pancakes.

"Please tell me its Saturday." she groaned.

"It is." I assured, summoning her to come help.

"Well in that case," she said a little less exhaustedly as she hugged me, "Good morning!"

"You're a mess! you know that?" I put a chocolate chip on her nose.

"You're making chocolate chip pancakes?" She asked excitedly.

"No, you are." I teased, handing her the spatula.

"I'm not good at this." she lied.

"I'm your mother. I taught you how to cook."

"I'm your mother." She mimicked in a wanna-be Darth Vader voice.

I squinted at her.

"Love youuu" she blew a rather sarcastic kiss at me.

"Mhmm." I rolled my eyes.

She flipped a few pancakes.

"You know you loveeeee mee" she turned back to me.

"This is why I should have made you do the SAT prep on Saturdays." I stuck out my tongue.

"Uh uh. I don't take those until Junior year!" her jaw dropped.

"If you start preparing now you'll be ready by then." I reasoned.

"I just started freshman year mom let me live." she pretended to pout.

"Its April.. You're basically a sophomore." I replied throwing bacon in the pan.

"Well, since we are looking into the next 2 years.. We can plan my sweet 16." she fluttered her eyes at me.

"Oh my God Londyn let me live. You're like 12." I mocked her in a Valley Girl accent.

"Okay first, I'm 14." she put the spatula on my shoulder, " second, I don't sound like thattt."

"I smell pancakes!" a familiar voice exclaimed, followed by the sound of footsteps running down the stairs.

"Oh boy." Londyn exhaled as AJ entered in his super man pajamas.

"Your sister is making chocolate chip pancakes." I told him as he came and hugged me.

"You better hurry and get dressed for school." Londyn said to him as she put the pancakes on a plate.

"Its Saturday." he argued.

"No, its Thursday." Londyn corrected, "go get dressed."

"Mommy?" He looked up at me for help.

"She's right kid." I lied.

"Why isnt she getting ready then?"

"I have a doctors appointment." Londyn said.

AJ slumped his shoulders and ran back upstairs.

"Was I that gullible as a kid?" She asked me.

"A thousand times over." I teased.
