DRAKE POV

"Hey Drake, where's my food bestie?" Thembi asked as Nicki and I returned.

I looked at Nicki..

"Its not my fault!" Nicki smiled in defense.

"Its Nickis fault." I smirked, pointing to her.

"You know what, Drake fuck you. Nicki you're my new best friend." Thembi rolled her eyes.

"Okay then." I shrugged.

"YAY!!! Thembi would you like me to make you something?" Nicki asked.

"MHmmmmm!" Thembi nodded.

"And what about me?" I asked.

"You hungry too?"

"YES" I replied.

"What you wanna eat?" Nicki said as she opened the fridge.

I walked up behind her, with my hands around her waist and whispered, "You."

"Then you have to wait and eat later Papi." She giggled.

"But.. Im starv.." I started but she pulled away and turned to Thembi.

"Thembi what do you want to eat?"

"Well damn, you throw your man out the window like that?" I murmured.

"Your famous spaghetti and garlic bread!" Thembi exclaimed.

"Okay. We should call some people over to eat with us... Drake maybe your family would like to come?" Nicki said excitedly.

"What, wait... Hell no!" I spat.

'Why not?" Nicki cocked her head to the side.

"Baby, just no... If my sister and my aunt comes they have to bring my an-"

Nicki cut me off, "Okay it was just a suggestion."

"Oh okay."

"You helping me cook?" She asked.

"nope" I laughed.

She shrugged, "Oh well, no dessert for youuu." she sung.

I laughed and sung back to her, "Then I'll just go one to the nexttttt"

Nicki smirked at me as she sung, "Two can play at that gamee."

"OK Nicki I was just playing." I said sternly.

"But I wasn't" She smirked.

I threw my hands in the air, "Go ahead!" I mumbled to myself as I walked upstairs.

Nicki came running after me, "Papiii!" She tackled me to the bed, "I was kidding babe."

"Oh" I smirked and pulled out my phone.

"What are you doing Papi?"

"Making a call."

"To..?"

"Hello, Hey Bri." I said as she answered the phone.

"Hey wassup?" Bri replied on the other line.

"My wife is cheating on me..." I looked at Nicki as I struggled to hold in my laugh.

I noticed Nic catch on, "Hi Bri!"

"You see she's acting innocent now?" I continued.

"Hey Nic... I hope he's lying." Bri sounded all concerned.

I winked at Nicki, she started laughing.

"Drake stop messing with her." She whispered or whatever.

Bri laughed in my ear, "Ha! Nic, sweetie you can't whisper!"

"Nikaaaa you ruined it!" I groaned.

"It was meant for you to hear Bri!" Nicki defended.

"Mhmm. You just don't wanna sound like a bad whisperer!" Bri laughed.

"You can just take my phone if y'all gonn have a conversation. I'll go watch the food." I handed her my phone and walked out the door."

**NICKI POV***

"Nic, you taught him how to cook?" Bri asked.

"Was tryinggg" I replied.

"Better hope he doesn't burn it."

A text came through Drake's phone.

Keilon- Hey, did you tell her yet?

I decided to pretend to be Drake.

Wait, I forgot... What am I supposed to be telling her?

K- lol, that Im sorry if she thought we were 'something' and that we are just friends that were catching up from time

This is 'her' btw.. n I didnt think you two were 'something' I just wasnt feeling well

K- Oh hi, and okay Im sorry I dont remember your name... which is why I said 'her'. I wasnt trying to disrespect you or anything,

Its cool. Im Nicki. I dont recall your name either lol

K- Im Keilon, and I hope you feel better

"Nic, you paused on me. You still there?" I heard Bri say.

"Yes Im still here Bri! Sorry."

"Oh. I thought my niece or nephew knocked you out for a second." Bri laughed.

I laughed, "anyway, Bri what are you up to?"

"Nothing. But gurl... Guess what happened today?!"

"What?" I asked, excited.

"My baby daddy wants to get back together!" She exclaimed, then hesitated to continue. "But I just.. I don't even know."

"How long has he been out of the picture?" I asked.

"2 years... I would love to get back with him, but I can't do that to Sade. She's my oldest and she probably wouldn't take that well." She confessed.

"You don't have to listen to me at all, but as a mother, I believe a woman should put her child's happiness before her own." I replied.

"No, Ima listen to you. You're my sister, of course I'd take your advice!" she exclaimed.

"See, I TRIED to invite you over for dinner tonight-" I began.

"Why can't you?" I could hear her pouting through the phone.

"Talk to your brother about that one." I giggled.

"Oh it was him... Then I'm coming, who cares what he says." She insisted.

"Okay, I'm going to text you my address." I agreed.

"Wait.. That's your house and you were just gonna let him tell you I can't come?" She started laughing, "I got you sis."

"Lemme go before he burn the food" I laughed.

"Okay. Bye."

I hung up and texted her the address, she texted back, thanking me.
