Chapter 42

Nicki POV

The preparations for Londyn's sweet 16 have been HELL but today was finally the day! We managed to convince her to have a joint party with Jennifer and Jordan.

"Well, I cant believe today's the day!" I said excitedly as the makeup artist did Londyn's makeup.

"Can we do this again next year?" Londyn asked.

"No!" I snapped, unconsciously.

"We'll do something big for your wedding or something." I replied, in an effort to clean it up.

"Nice save." Drake whispered.

"Fineeee."

After her make up was done her hairstylist began working on her hair.

"Nic, aren't you gonna get dressed?" Drake asked me.

"She won't be ready for about another hour. I'm not sitting in a dress waiting for that long." I replied.

"An hour? The party starts in 30minutes!" Drake snapped.

"I'm not getting there before Jennifer." Londyn but-in.

"Whats the difference?" Drake asked.

"She has to go in first." Londyn shrugged.

"Doesn't that make her the guest of honor for a longer period of time than you?" Drake asked, confused.

"No. It makes me the pretty birthday girl that everyone has been waiting for." Londyn grinned.

"Im gonna go pack the diaper bag for the twins." I said, as an excuse to leave the room.

Autumn woke up as soon as I opened the door.

"Uuuuu" she cooed, up.

"Mommy's baby girl is a very light sleeper." I went to pick her up.

By the time Claudia came to pick August and Autumn up, Deborah had already picked up AJ.

I rushed to get dressed and was ready by the time the photographer had taken Londyn's pictures.

"Alright let's go." Drake urged. He helped Londyn into the limo, then he and I got in.

"Rika says they are almost at the venue." I reported.

"Perfect." Londyn stated.

We pulled up, and saw Jordan help Jennifer out of the car just as Drake was helping Londyn out of the limo.

"Hi Londyn!" Jennifer walked over to us.

"Happy birthday Jenn! You're so grown up!" I hugged her.

"Thank you so much for letting us share the party, Londyn Happy Birthday." She offered to hug Londyn but it was silently denied.

"Happy Birthday" Londyn smiled.

"Aunt Nicki, do you like my dress?" Jenn asked me.

"Its beautiful. Did I give you enough to cover the cost?" I asked.

"Yes it was more than enough." She replied.

"Don't you have a party to attend?" Londyn asked.

"Yeah, do you want to go in all together?"

"No, you guys go first. You were born first right?" Londyn urged.

"Well okay."

Londyn POV

As the party went by I was really enjoying myself. A group of guys walked over to me while I was grabbing a cup of punch.

"Hey Londyn." The cute one said and extended his hand towards me. "Happy Birthday."

"Thanks. You brought your whole crew over here to tell me that?" I asked.

"You have no idea who I am?" He asked.

I shook my head, "I take it you're from Jennifer's school?"

"More like her house." He replied.

I nearly spit out my punch, "you're Jordan?"

"Yeah." He nodded.

"But you look.. Wayy better than her." I mumbled.

"Thanks?"

"Take it, I don't give compliments often." I joked.

"Okay fine." he stated.

We talked and got to know each other for the rest of the night. Only stopping when my parents presented the 2 cars they had bought me. One was a pink Benz, the other a bright red Corvette.

After the party I didn't want to help shut everything down so I opted to stay with Lauren and Safaree for the night.

Nicki POV

"Oh my god.. When's the last time we've been completely kid free for a night?" I reflected as I climbed into bed.

"Yeah.. Its been a while." Drake replied.

"I feel like I should be having a glass of wine or something to celebrate." I joked.

"Honestly, I would rather do that thing we promised we'd set back on." He admitted.

I reached in my drawer and revealed birth control pills. "I mean..."

"Well in that case.."

He crawled onto the bed and tugged at my bra with his teeth. He removed my bra with his hands and kissed my breasts.

I soon pulled off his boxers moments before he slid off my panties.

He slid three fingers inside me, massaging my breasts with the other hand.

The next morning I woke up in his arms, he kissed my forehead and tightened his grip.

"Wait babe lemme take a pill." I groaned.

He let me up and I grabbed a pill.

"I'll get you a glass of water." he stated and stood up.

"Okay."

When he walked out the room I started choosing clothes to wear for the day.

He returned with a glass of water and one of the twins in his arms.

"She woke up." he stated and handed me both.

I laid Autumn on the bed while I took the pill.

"I was gonna hop in the shower, you got her? Or you want me to put her back in her room?" I asked.

"Its alright." he shrugged and picked her up. I crawled across the bed to them and kissed his neck. "I love you."

"You too." he replied.

I walked into the bathroom and started the shower.
