Nikki's POV

It's been 2 weeks since we had that moment at the park (and I know you have missed a lot, but most of the information that happened previously aren't important anyway) and my relationship with Ethan gets stronger than ever. I hope this relationship doesn't end down in the dumps just like the previous one.

I'm at the cafeteria with Heather and Tyler eating tacos as we were talking about this school year's end. It was a topic that was interesting and it made me feel so excited that my days of being a high school is going to end soon.

"Nik, what college do you want to enroll?" Heather asked with a smile.

Great question, which I'm not sure on what to answer to that.

I smiled back and breathed heavily," Anywhere I want, as long as I can fit in."

"Nice answer," She grinned, taking another bite of her tacos.

"What about you?" I asked, hinting the question she asked me.

She chuckled while eating, which surprised me that she didn't choke," I wanna try Harvard, but I remembered that I'm too stupid and dumb to go there," She laughs like a drunk girl, pounding her fist to the table,"I'll just try some other college schools that I can totally fit in like you."

"Then we're even."

We finished our meal as the bell rings signaling us to go back to our class. I don't feel like listening to any of the teachers right now, and yes I'm going to include my Math and Science teachers as well. It's just that I'm having mixed moods which I cannot explain why I'm having that.

I went to my English class, but ended up walking so slow like a zombie. The problem is, I need to make my face look a bit more shittier like you've just recently cried at the bathroom because your boyfriend dumped you or whatever and never gave yourself some time to clean your face up. That is, what's missing to me, and I'll never bother to listen to anyone who's gonna judge my appearance.

I just sat at my armchair staring at the blackboard with a blank expression. It was like looking at nothingness in spite of the noisy surroundings.

"Okay class, let's start!" A familiar voice boomed in my ears as I sit up straight like I was scolded by a strict mother to never sit inappropriately.

I just rolled my eyes and groaned, placing my head down to my tiny table.

"Finally, class has ended," I said out loud as Heather and Tyler laughed along with me while we make our way through to the parking lot.

I was definitely free from classes today, and I'm excited for my date with Ethan tonight. Now I just need some help on what to do on a first date with your new boyfriend. Yeah, this is the only time that we get to have a first date. For the past couple of weeks we tried to find time for together, but school always gets in the way. That's why I was never in the mood for paying attention during classes.

"Deep in thoughts? I knew you would," Heather interferes with my mind as I snap out of myself.

I rolled my eyes on her and snorted," You don't even have the ability to read a person's mind."

"Is it really important to have an ability or power like that? Well no need, I can totally tell through your facial expression that you're in deep thoughts. I had to ask you a question, but you didn't answer."

"There is something we would like to call as repetition, right?"

"Good point," She curtly nodded,"Now let's go, just pretend that I didn't ask," She clutches on my arm as she attempts to drag me all the way to Nathan's car.
