*TRIS POV*
My spine rests upon a cold surface. My head pounds and I can't feel my arms or legs again. I know I am in the Bureau and that David is possibly divergent. I remember his words 'you are too valuable' and 'you are going nowhere'. I know I am genetically pure, but what do they want with me?
'PRIOR IS AWAKE, MAKE SURE THE GUARDS KNOW WHAT TO DO' a woman's voice spoke, a voice I recognise, it can't be... Janine. How could it be possible, Tori killed her, stabbed her in the Erudite headquarters. I have two of my killers doing tests on me, I guess it's revenge from rebelling against them.
My body starts to tingle, I'm regaining my senses again. Why do they keep on paralyzing me?
'Very good, the sooner she opens her eyes, we can get started' David spoke, seeming pretty pleased with himself. What are they going to get started with?
All I have to do is keep my eyes shut, I am scared and I am never scared. I need Tobias.
< 2 HOURS LATER >
'Sir, she has had a steady heart rate for two hours, her brain function is showing us that she is awake... we really need to get started... sir' a woman hurriedly spoke. I haven't opened my eyes since I regained my senses, I don't exactly want to face him again.
'Very well, Michale get ready, Miss Prior to avoid any harm, open your eyes' David spoke, coldly.
I remain silent, I'm not listening to a criminal.
'Michael, ATTACK'
Wait, what... OW! something hard hit my stomach, OW! something whacked me on the leg. What are they doing to me? My body starts feels limp, I feel bruises forming rapidly, I feel blood trickling down my cheek. Is this really how they treat people who disobey them?
My body is lifeless, I can try to take this pain, I practically died twice anyway.
< SOME TIME AFTER >
I peak one eye open, and I discover myself in a different room. I double check to see if anyone is around, or if any cameras are hidden so I know it's safe to move.
I'm in a small, grey boxed room. I'm glad that I don't have Tobias's fear, he wouldn't last two seconds. I wonder if he is thinking about me? I'm dead to him, he wouldn't come searching for me unlike when I surrendered to Erudite.
Why didn't he kill David if he knew he killed me?
