*TRIS POV*
I feel soooooo happy right now. All I can think about is daisies and rainbows. 'Heyyyyyyy Peter your hair is so fluffy' I squeak.
He glares at me strangely. 'I know right, it's like a cute bunny rabbit' Christina replies. I giggle and Cara looks at us looking really angry.
'Can you guys just stop it's really annoying' I hear her say, Christina and I just shrug at her then skip in a circle.
'I want more cake' I frown 'no more cake jeezz that's making you too happy' Cara responds.
It feels good to be happy. I don't understand why people aren't happy anymore.
*TOBIAS POV*
We arrive back at the supermarket. Amat and George stand outside for a moment to check the surroundings for any 'unknown' people in the area.
'I WANT CAKE' I hear someone scream 'CAKE CAKE CAKE GIVE ME CAKE' someone screams again. Tris.
I run into the back room and find Tris trying to plait Christina's hair. Barring in mind her hair is still short.
Tris's head turns at my footsteps and she leaps out of her seat and crashes in to me.
'There's my Tobias, I love youuuuu' she tries to kiss me but I turn my head. She's had some peace serum, she won't remember anything. 'No Tris let's have a sleep, Zeke take Christina' he nods.
'Noooooooo' they both moan. I see Cara and Peter relieved at the sight of them leaving which makes me laugh a little.
*CARA POV*
Thank the Lord they have gone. That was horrible, never, ever again.
I get the cake that was infected with the peace serum crap and put it in the bin. No more happy, cheery people, it's annoying.
*TOBIAS POV*
2 hours later
We finally set the girls to sleep. It took a while but they eventually went, I think the serum is leaving their body now which is good.
I go into the back room and find Amar, George and Zeke eating some burgers. 'We should talk about everything, I didn't see you at all after the serum was released in the bureau' Amar speaks. He's right, I need answers to where he went, what he did because you don't just disappear without a reason.
'Once I found out the plan that Tris and Caleb was going to stop the serum release on Chicago, I went into hiding, to avoid any war or conflict' I nod, he saved himself for it all. 'I knew David was going to the control room where the serums are kept, I knew that he'd be waiting for Caleb.. Expect it wasn't him' his eyes draw to the floor 'I kept a small screen in my pocket, it had all the live camera footage of every room in the bureau... So I saw her death... After that I hid in this bunker, underneath the bureau, I came out of their during the night to get food, until a few months ago where George found me, he took me in... David never found out he thought I died' he finishes, I don't know what to say.
'I'm glad you're alive' I smile. He grins.
'I'm sorry' I hear someone say. I turn around to find Tris standing by the door. She laughs. 'Sorry for being a pansy, I didn't realise I was under the crap again, I really do love you' she leaps in my arms for a kiss. The kiss is long, passionate. We haven't kissed since everyone arrived.
We break from the kiss 'I really love you too, always' I say.
'Always'.

Sorry if this chapter seems long and boring, eventually things will start to get fired up with death and fighting. Jks.
The next few chapters will introduce the war (fight) plans. I will bring in some characters from allegiant to join in the fight.
One away from twenty chapters, can't believe I wrote so much already😅
