-Whiskey's P.O.V.-
"Sydney, get ready, we're going to your brother's soccer game!" I yell down the hall. She says something inaudible in response but I don't ask her to repeat. I go back intomy room and see Adam still on the bed with the pillow on his face.
"Honey, are you ok?" I ask, I'm standing at the foot of the bed putting in my earrings.
"Yea, I just. It's going to be hot at the field," He groans.
Honey, do you want to go?" I ask. I honestly don't care if he does or doesn't I'd appreciate it if he did, but if he doesn't I don't care.
"I don't know, I'm not going to know anybody there," He murmurs, still under the pillow.
"Honey if you don't want to go, it's fine," I say as I put on lotion and put on my ring.
He moves the pillow from his face and stares up at the ceiling and susurrates,"I mean he's not even my kid."
My eyes shoot open and my blood begins to boil. I turn to him,"What did you just say?"
He looks at me and shrugs,"He's not my son."
My blood boils over and its too late to calm me down.
"He's not your son! Is that your excuse!?! That is one fucking pathetic excuse! You know what, Simon took care of YOUR daughter when you left us. He treated her as his own. He loved her as much as he loves Spencer. He still does, so don't give this fucking shit about Spencer not being your son. Because he may not be your son, but he is your daughters brother."
He just looks at me, tense and maybe a little frightened,"Look I'm sorry, I didn't mean for it to co-"
"Save it, just stay here and be an asshole by yourself. I love you but right now I don't have to like you."
I walk out of the room, with my stuff in my hands and I walk out, taking Sydney with me.
"Is daddy going with us?" Sydney asks as she buckles herself in.
I shake my head,"No, he's being a real shithead right now, he's gonna stay and cool down."
She nods in understanding and turns on the radio as I drive us to Spencer's soccer game.

"Go Spencer!" I shout, jumping up and down. Sydney is next to me doing the same.
"Hey Whiskey! You made it," Simon tells me as he gives me a friendly hug.
"Of, course! He's my son," I say, checking my phone. Ugh it's Robert again, I'm not gonna answer it.
"Yea, he'll be ecstatic to hear you came. Is Adam with you?" He asks as we watch Spencer.
"Oh, no, he stayed home," I say non-chalant.
"Bummer, Spencer really would have wanted him to come. He really likes Adam a lot," Simons tells me.
"Really? Wow, that's interesting,"I say laughing,"So does Spencer like Cali?"
Simon nods,"Yea he does. I asked him if he wanted to go back to Australia, but he told me he wanted to stay so he can be near you and Adam."
"Aw, wow, that boy really does like Adam doesn't he," I say, almost feeling bad for the boy.
"Yea, that and also he likes the attention he gets here for having the Australian accent," Simon laughs.
I look back at my phone, it's Adam calling,"I'll be right back Simon."
"Hello."
"Hey asshole," I respond rather harshly.
"Hey, ok, I'm sorry about what I said earlier. I know I was a jerk. Can you forgive me?"
I sigh,"You can't just apologize over the phone."
"I know, I know, that's why I'm going to watch Spencer score this goal first then I'm going to go apologize to you."
I look around and see Adam walking towards me.
I shake my head and laugh,"Why do you do this to me? You make me hate you so much I love you!"
He laughs and kisses me,"Come on let's watch the rest of this game."
We go over to my seats and sit with Simon and Sydney, watching the rest of Spencer's game.
I wish I could capture this moment; Sydney and Adam cheer for Spencer, as he scores his first goal.
