Nicks POV

As much as I want to play it cool I can't, I decided that I am going to bring Storm out for a date tonight. that is if she says yes. I have been in the bathroom practicing my lines for thirty minutes. A loud thud erupted on the other side of the bathroom door followed with an order to hurry up.

"Nick you better get your furry behind out here before you are slapped so hard you will be in the milky ways neighboring galaxy's" Storms voice erupted through the door. I chuckled, "One second you cant rush perfection" and at that instant my phone rang showing a message from my father on the screen. I quickly put my phone in my pocket and opened the door to show a very angry Storm, also very hot, bed heads work for her.

Storms POV

After getting ready I exited the bathroom, "And that, was a shorter-time in the bathroom than you Nick" I said looking at his towering figure in front of me. Nick looked at me and i smirked, but then noticed a small glint of something in his eyes, an untrustworthy glint of course. I stared at him "What are you hiding from me?" I nodded to his pocket where he held his hands " Whats in there?". Nick stared at me and I stared straight back not backing down, if i had a step stool though, I would use it, stupid shortness. It comes in handy when hide and seek is being played.

Nick finally gave out at what seemed like an eternity, but by my clocks thoughts only a minute and a half has proven to have passed. " My dad wants me home, for the pack, I said no". I stared at Nick wide-eyed and he continued, "My dad said i have five days to come home, or stay here, forever and become a rouge...". I couldn't move or speak all I could do was stare. Nick looked at me and I hugged him, I am the reason why he cant go, but I am going to change that. One mermaid magic wonder at a time. Of course theres one thing, I cant live away from the ocean, and I believe Nicks pack is in the middle of the United States.
