"Okay, I'm going to cut to the chase. Are you coming home?"

I thought about it for a second before I finally answered.

"I don't know, Mum. I honestly don't think I belong there." I said quietly.

"Why would you ever think that?" Mum demanded.

"Well, Joan and I saw eachother and basically, she and her sons all hate me for leaving them. Should I remind her that they're the one's who broke my heart?" I said bitterly, remembering the encounters.

"You're back!!! Oh my gosh I hated that polite you!!!" Mum squealed. I rolled my eyes.

"Thanks. Anyway, so Joan really hates me, like a lot. And Riley called me a bitch. What a hoe." I sassed, earning a laugh from Mum.

"Honey, please come home. We miss you so much." Mum pouted.

"Okay. Fine. I'll drive back home at the end of the month." I sighed.

"YAY!!!!" She screamed loudly.

"Mum, I love you and all, but I really need to go. I'll talk to you later, okay?" I asked, noticing I was getting close to my destination.

"We love you too, honey. Have a great night." Mum said, hanging up.

As I drove down the long, winding path towards the gate, I grew annoyed that my uncle had to ruin my time with Braiden. I drove up to the gate and stopped in front of the security booth hoping that this dude wouldn't be a jackass.

"Can I help you?" The gruff man asked.

"I'm here to see Quintin." I said confidently. The guard let me through without even calling the house, probably because Quintin didn't want to be disturbed. I drove down the long road, admiring all of the beautiful houses and cars surrounding me. I can't wait to get back to my Lambo. Ugh, just the thought of driving Lana again sent chills down my spine. Yes, I named my car. Kiss my ass.

I pulled up to the house and climbed out of my car, slamming the door behind me. I stalked up to the house and knocked on the door softly, hoping Quintin would open up. An old man in a tux opened the door and looked me down.

"You're quite different from the others." He stated in a very odd accent.

"Others?" I questioned, raising an eyebrow. Does he know who I am? That I'm working for the station?

"Ah, yes. Master Quintin has many of you girls around here. Please come inside while I call him." He said. He spoke as if he was British, but his accent just didn't match.

"Okay." I said awkwardly, stepping into the house. Mr. Fancy Pants poked at an intercom and leaned forward to speak.

"Master Quintin, a girl is here to see you." He spoke. The intercom crackled for a second before a voice sounded back.

"I'll be right down, Walter." The voice said back. He sounded young, maybe early 20's at the latest.

Walter and I stood there talking about the house while we waited for Quintin. Walter informed me that the house is quite old and has many secret passage ways. He told me that if I needed to run away from Quintin, there was a passage just down the hall behind the laundry chute. I grinned at Walter and laughed slightly. I was about to question him on what he meant when a boy my age came down the stairs quickly. He had on glasses and his hair was slightly quiffed. He looked quite nerdy.

"Are you another girl that my parents paid to talk to me and make me feel like I have a chance with any girl?" Quintin asked, looking me down.

"Another girl, yes. They didn't pay me though, I'm here on my own will. I'm Paige. I'm in a few of your classes, but I'm kinda a badass so I never go to them." I lied briefly, stretching my hand out. Quintin shook it, but still stared at me with disbelief.
