I noticed that Aizen was glaring at me as I coughed. Huh?! What did I do?

"Aizen? Why are you glaring at me like that?" I asked.

"It seems to be not very like you at all. That's strange." I thought.

He just gave me a smile. "Oh, nothing to be concerned about. I just got a little worried about you."

"Okay..." I muttered.

He chuckled and put both of his hands on my shoulders. "Come on, or the store might close and you wouldn't be able to eat Katsu."

He started to gently push me, walking in the process. I did the same. "You walk too slow, Aizen."

"I might step on the back of your feet if I did." He said.

I pinched both of his cheeks. "Walk faster~ or we'll miss the best Katsu in Soul Society."

"My bruise. Please stop, (name)." He said, putting a hand over mine.

I jerked my hand away from his. "S-Stop, will you?! That makes me really uncomfortable!"

He just put an arm around me, then his hand reached my shoulder. "Is this fine?"

"Any acts of affection are not allowed!" I hissed, glaring at him.

He smiled, patting my head. "Alright. You said we were only friends, am I correct?"

I rolled my eyes. "Duh, obviously."

I noticed that there was a slight change in his tone. "Um, Aizen? Are you alright or something? Your tone-"

"I'm fine. Now, let's hurry or the store will really close." He said.

-timeskip-

I sniffed the aroma of chicken katsu inside the take-out bag. "Wow...it's good..."

I suddenly remembered something. Oh, that's right... "Hey, Aizen. Did you finish any good books today?"

"You're going to borrow one?" He asked.

I shook my head. "No, read one to me. Books make me sleepy."

He smiled. "Okay. So it's the usual romance then? Those are the ones you-"

"Huh? What are you talking about usual?! I don't dig those stuff!"

"But you said-"

"Fine! Read me the best romance book you have! If it's not good...I'll have you drink a whole jug of Kyoraku-taichou's Sake!!!"

He sighed. "(Name), you know I don't drink."

"I don't care!" I said, sliding open the door to Aizen's room and plucked a random romance book on his shelf.

I sat down, sliding my legs between the wooden railing. He did the same. "Here. Read this to me. I'll cut you some chicken."

"I'm not hungry-"

I shoved a piece of katsu in his mouth. "At least eat a little. You're tired, aren't you?"

He ate it, and opened the book. "Are you cold?"
