(A/N: sometimes, Aizen manages to look like a confused kawaii potato rather than a captain/lieutenant who would stab you behind your back. Welp...go and read, then.)
Aizen's p.o.v
I opened my eyes, (name) still in my arms. I wonder what time it is? I glanced at the clock on the bedside table. So it's 4:00 am?
I glanced back at (name). She was still sleeping, occasionally letting out a groan and turning away from me.
Maybe I should cook her some breakfast. She would love it better if it were a chicken meal. With teriyaki sauce.
I got out of bed, placed the covers over her, and gently kissed her forehead. "I'll be back soon, alright? When you wake up...there will something nice waiting for you."
I quietly got out of the room and headed towards the thing they call an 'elevator'. I stared it suspiciously. It may be a form of transport, but it traps you in a metal box.
"Um, sir...do you need help with anything?" A woman asked, approaching me.
I just continued to stare at the elevator, cautiously waiting for something to happen, when the woman pressed the down button then the doors opened.
"You can't lure me into a trap." I said, giving her a glare.
She sighed. "Sir, an elevator isn't a trap. It just takes you to the floor you want to get to faster."
I glared at her for a while before going in. Judging from how (name) operated it, I pressed the UG button and it lit up. Then the metal box started to descend.
When it reached the upper ground floor, the doors opened again, revealing a new floor. It was where we checked in.
I stepped out and headed towards the exit, pocketing our room key in my hoodie. Maybe I should get a better set of clothing too...
The human world was much different from the Soul Society and Hueco Mundo. Tall buildings dominated the sky. Bicycles and other strange vehicles were used for transport.
I headed towards a clothing store and looked at the formal outfits that humans wear. Surprisingly, they look quite interesting.
I bought the suit and tie and walked out, looking for the food store. I feel better with these clothes than the hoodie I was wearing earlier.
I saw one across the street and entered, seeing humans buy food and the others sorting cans and other things together in the shelves.
"Excuse me. Where can I get a chicken cutlet?" I asked.
"There, in the freezers. Are you making chicken katsu?" He asked, stacking cans of fruit.
"Yes."
"Then you can get your teriyaki sauce in shelf number eight." He said.
I headed towards the 'freezers', which were white boxes with glass on top so you can see the items inside.
How do you get the item you want, then? I tried to open it, but it wouldn't. I tried again, but it still wouldn't.
A young girl suddenly slid the glass sideways and it opened, tickling my hand with cool air. "Um, mister...I hope I helped you. Mommy says helping is a good thing."
