I'm begging you. Please don't leave me all alone. Solitude is killing me already. I have stayed strong for far too long...
Promise me...don't just leave me all of a sudden. I love you more than you do, you know? I already loved you before you even loved me.
So stay...and never let me go.
(Aizen's p.o.v)
"Sir! How long have you been sleeping there? Don't you have any business to attend to or something?" A voice spoke, waking me up.
It was a nurse, holding a small stack of papers and a pen. There was a confused and worried look in her eyes.
She let out a sigh and shook her head. "Never mind that...what is your relationship with the patient? You need to sign a few documents."
That's right...how is (name) doing? Is she all right? I hope the doctors were successful...and that I saved her just in the nick of time.
I took the documents from the nurse and started signing them. The nurse just stood there, waiting patiently for me to finish doing so.
After that, I stood up and handed her the papers. She took a quick look at them, before turning them over to the registration counter.
"If you don't mind...would you tell me how the patient is doing? I am concerned for her well-being." I said.
"Oh, she's doing pretty fine. But earlier in the morning...she was throwing a little tantrum and sobbing, yelling 'Sosuke' over and over again." The nurse said, letting out a short laugh.
"It took us a while to calm her down, though...she misses you a lot, sir. We just told her that you were sitting outside and waiting for her to get better, and that did the trick." Another nurse spoke.
I let out a soft chuckle. So she misses me, huh...maybe I should've stayed with her in there and kept the door locked with Hainawa.
"Is that so...by the way, where is the canteen? I have to buy her something to eat. She must've gotten hungry from sobbing all night." I asked.
She gave me a few directions and I headed towards there. Hm...what would she like to eat, then?
A small smile crept up my lips. Of course...what else would she be begging for?
I bought some chicken katsu, and two cartons of cold chocolate milk. I guess this'll pacify her enough to forget about yesterday's events...
I don't like seeing her so sad because of me. I wouldn't like to be the one who would break her apart either.
I entered her room, and she was surfing through television channels. The look on her face definitely says 'this is tedious' and 'where in the freaking world is Sosuke?!'.
I set down the food and drinks on her lap then she looked up at me, bored. "Thanks, Sosuke..."
However, when she opened the paper bag, her eyes sparkled. "Ehhhhhhh?! Chicken katsu?! Chocolate milk?! THANKS SO MUCH, SOSUKE!!!!"
She wrapped her arms around my neck, embracing me. I chuckled and gently bumped my forehead against hers, making her laugh.
