The next one will be part two of "Not The Lucky Ones" :) Here is the Civil War one I promised, just...prepare for the angst. Not too much in this part, but just be ready guys. Some of this is based on the trailers, and some from myself.

By the way, happy early Easter everyone who celebrates it!

"You're an idiot," you said flatly, shaking your head, "I already lost everything because of you Stark, you really think I'm going to join you?"

That was the only reason you assumed he invited you to come to the tower. Your eyes went over his arm in a sling, a nasty looking bruise on his face. He wasn't getting anywhere in this fight, he probably needed you.

"I didn't force you to sign those papers, Y/N," Tony responded in a similar tone, his eyes flashing, "In fact, I warned you what would happen if you did."

You gave him a glare, knowing he was right despite everything. Before you signed those papers, before you agreed to the Accords - hell, you had never been at a happier place in your entire life. But it was ruined now, and it was as much Tony's fault as yours.

"I know that, Tony. But you were the one that brought the idea in."

"I didn't come here to argue with you about this, Y/N. I came here to get you to join us."

"Why do you think I would fight with you against Steve?" You asked simply, raising an eyebrow as your fists clenched, "I told you. I told you that I would never do that."

"Don't you see what it has come to, Y/N?" Tony asked harshly, beginning to pace around the living room. "Why can't you see that it doesn't matter what your past relationship was with him? He's a criminal, he needs to be brought in as much as Barnes does."

"I signed the Accords for different reasons, Tony," you said quietly, "Bucky is innocent. I don't want to discuss this with you, since clearly you don't understand that. But understand this - I refuse to fight Steve. It doesn't matter that we were going to get married. That's not why I won't fight him."

"I'm not asking you to fight him," he sighed, "I just want you to join us. If he sees you with us, maybe he'll change his mind."

You gave a harsh laugh, shaking your head, "That's not going to happen, Tony. He made that perfectly clear that if he saw me with you, he would take us both down."

"Think about it," he replied, giving you a last look before leaving the room.

TWO MONTHS AGO

Your posture was stiff as Ross was beginning his spiel. It was obvious you didn't trust the man, and neither did Steve, based on his expression. You risked a glance at Sam who sat in between you and Wanda, who made eye contact with you at the same time. His look said he was thinking the same thing.

"Sokovia," Ross finally said, his eyes pointedly moving toward Wanda. You noticed her look down, feeling a slight pain in your heart at her expression.

You knew what Ross was doing. Emotional manipulation. You didn't want any part of that.

"Okay," Steve interrupted, removing his hand from his face as he glanced at Wanda, "That's enough."
