 CHAPTER 5

I slowly open my eyes and I spot Hermione, Harry, and Ron sitting by my side. Their eyes full of worry. Their bodies passive.

"Guys?" I weakly ask. Ron's head snaps around and he creates a meek smile.

"How are you feeling, mate?" he sincerely asks me. His hand slides down my face and soon his fingers intertwine with my blonde, wavy, hair.

"I'm good," I shyly say with a small smile. He curls my hair with his fingers and his free hand strongly grasps onto mine. Hermione gave him a warning look. Jealously flashing on her face. Though, Ron, surprisingly ignored it.

"Is Quiditch tryouts today?" I ask. Ron nods and I soon got up and fixed my robes. Ron, reluctantly letting go of me. As if I was a bird on the branch, ready to take flight. Losing the happiness he, so ever, desired.

"How long have I been here?" I ask.

"At least more than twenty-four hours. We stayed the night here then got breakfast. Luckily we were back, just in time, before you woke up," Harry informs. I hug, Harry and then went over to Hermione.

"Wanna watch the tryouts?" Hermione's scowl soon turned into a smile.

"Of course," she professionally says. With a flick of her wand, my robes were all clean and so was my hair and my body. I smelled like a Lily.

"Wow, Hermione! Thank you!" I say with awe. She smiles.

"I learned the spell in the -"

"- Library," Harry and Ron interrupt, finishing the sentence for Hermione. Hermione gives them a uncertain look. As if she was trying to process the right thought. I chuckle and I grab Hermione and we walk up to our house and changed into something warm. As I put on my gray button-up coat, Hermione walked over and handed me a white knit hat.

"This will keep you warm. I have one in gray also," she says with a sweet tone that made me warm up with happiness.

"Thank you," I sheepishly say. I fix my hood that was built in with my coat. White, black, and gray fur was built into the coat. Making me have a natural look sewed into the coat. She also put a button-up coat too, which made me have a hint of hatred that laced around my brain.

We walked down the the Quiditch field and we sat down on the towering bleachers. I gasp as I felt like I was in a sky scrapper. The view was magnificent!

"They are about to begin!" Hermione says with a force that pulled me down to the bleachers. Like gravity pulling me down the the Earth.

"Cormac has been eyeing you all day," I persisted. Hermione looks over with a serious look.

"I don't like him," she says. Her gaze went to her right and her arms folded. Her anger was bubbling under her skin. Though she kept it in as she had no choice. Her skin was like a brick wall that seemed to block everything in her. Like true emotion.

"Well, I'm quite nervous for, Ron. I have a feeling he might not make the team," she nervously says. Her feet tapping uncontrollably. I slap her foot down.

"He will be alright. Trust me," I encouragingly say. She does a sheepish smile and soon she does a pathetic wave to, Ron. I join in with her and then the tryout began. Teenagers flying everywhere on the varieties of brooms. Many were pounded against the damp ground and groaned in pain. Though, when a shot was aimed and thrown, Ron and Cormac were battling each other with saves. Snarls and glares formed on both faces.

"They are doing, really, good," I breathe out. I squished my hands together and I gave Hermione a nervous look. She grins at me and holds in a laugh.

"Oh, shut up," I chuckle. My cheeks getting red. But then an idea popped in my head. I look over at Hermione and did a devilish smile.

"Don't, Sky. You know the rules," Hermione secretly whispered. I rolled my eyes.

"What's the big deal! Harry won't know," I responded. "This is for, Ron," I reassured her. She sighs and then folds her arms again.

"Fine, if it is for, Ron...I guess it's okay," she says, trying to talk herself into it. With a evil smile, I look over at Cormac and I used my mind and flung him to the side. Letting the ball go in. Hermione's lips went upward and she giggles slightly. I do the same.
