*For the readers who may be a little confused over the last few chapters, let me sum it up for you.
When I write in this font, it's usually because one of the characters are having either a flash back (Clara remembering her death) memory (Clara speaking to her parents and Emily in one of the earlier chapters) or having a dream (Clara in the most recent chapter seeing Ralph, Emily and Toby. Dreaming of what her life could have been had they not all died.)
Basically, to sum it up a bit for those who are confused, Clara's parents and Emily are in heaven. They are NOT alive. When they are brought into the story, it's either from flashback, memory or dream. Anyone who is in the afterwords, either being heaven, hell, or the in between, are all dead. Clara's parents are not in the in between because they were not chosen and their souls moved on, just like the unlucky few who are sent to hell turn into demons.
