I'm Pathetic

Kim Taehyung, a six year old son of the Kim's and is the only child. He's sweet, Kind, and a loving son, He loves the outdoors and also the neighbors. Everyday as he happily skipped through every doors of his neighbors house while his favorite nanny is holding his hand, there is no chance he would miss one person who won't receive his joyful smile. Everyone loves him, not just because of his cute baby face, but Taehyung has a big heart, he's the kind of person who can make your life as easy the way he shows you his smile, but that's what everyone thought. He's just a child who wants to be happy, to make people happy, he didn't know any negative thoughts by then, but all he know is that, he wants to smile even though it's hard.

He and his family are living in the country called Korea, they run a company, one of the biggest as I may correct. But due to business things which Taehyung still couldn't understand, his parents would have to attend countless business trips every now and then, leaving Taehyung alone with his nanny, unhappy. And as he grew older by the age of 10, he started to think that his parents loved their work more than him. But he never shared that thought, he never spoke. Even when his parents would go home, fighting and shouting their lungs out, he remained quiet. There was one time he asked his mommy that why do she and his daddy always fight, but all his mother said was "Because we don't love each other, and our marriage was just fixed by our parents" she said to her young son, but of course, Taehyung is not dumb, he clearly understands that.

And the fights and shouts of his parents gotten worst, and he couldn't take it anymore, so he tried to stop them, but his dad hit him. And with that, he started crying, he cried and cried in front of them that he didn't know how to stop, his father got more pissed as he hit him again continuously nonstop. "Stop crying! I didn't raise a son to be as weak as you!" his nanny calmed the three as she led Taehyung to his room, bruises and scars were all over his arms and legs, his cheeks was tint with color purple and his lips were bleeding. As his nanny tried to heal his scars she couldn't help but cry in front of the boy. He looked pathetic, he thought, but the worst part is, He liked the pain, he loved the pain, because that moment when his father shouted at him as he cried his heart out like he never did before, he knew his parents cared, because he did a mistake, and the called mistake was him.

Starting that day Taehyung wasn't allowed to go outside anymore besides going to school, his parents had also sent him to a new and harder school, they pressured him to study hard and their excuse was because he will be the new head of their company when the right time came, so they have to get him ready, means no playing and everything, just books in front of your desk until you fall asleep by midnight. His parents noticed that his nanny is a big distraction, so they fired the old lady until Taehyung was left completely alone with his strict and rude tutor. One mistake cause one slap, that's what the only thing he gets from his parents. While at school, he was bullied and has no friends. My life is sad.

They never celebrate his birthday, so what he do is, by the end of November, he would always save a small amount of money and buy himself a cupcake at the schools canteen, but he'll not eat it yet, since they always have winter break, he keeps the cupcake inside the fridge, making sure to check it out every time so no one will eat it. and when the day finally came, at exactly 2:00 am when his parents are already sleeping, he would sneak out his room and get the cupcake from the fridge, and current birthday place is the bathroom, where there he hides the old candle and lighter that he always use and kept for three years now. As he put the candle on top of the flavored mini cake, he got his phone and called a skype with his nanny, he lightens the cake as they both make a wish. He's happy.

But that happiness did not went long when he got a text saying that his nanny is already dead due to a breast cancer, and as weak as Taehyung can ever be, he cried not loudly, but quietly and painfully. That was also the day when Taehyungs grandparents visited their house, his eyes were puffy and red during dinner, he tried to keep it but his grandparents cared for him too much, so when they noticed it, his grandparents scolded his mom and dad that made the two keep their anger for a while. After they got home, that's when they abuse him again.

"I'm just a mistake" he said once in front of the mirror, you can see a young boy who is badly hurt, he's 13 he can do anything harmful, he thought of cutting himself just like what the people do in the movies, but Taehyung knows better, so he didn't do it, because the cut inside him is enough. He wants to be happy, so he repeated those words inside his head until he voice it out in front of his own reflection "I'm happy...Taetae is happy, and he will be happy because he wants to" then he smiled, showing his box shaped smile, but his eyes shows the opposite, and tears started streaming down his eyes. I'm pathetic.

As he grew older, he finally understands that his parents never really loved him, that even though it's hard to accept that he loved his parents no matter what, he still have to obey their orders, thats why he kept every pain inside him. Once he entered high school from another different school, that's where he met Jimin, he and Jimin became the closest friends, they helped each other when they needed someone, Jimin would always be there when Taehyung suddenly became sad, he would comfort Taehyung even though the younger never said anything about his problems, and Taehyung would always be there when Jimin and Yoongi needed someone to stop them when they fight, Jimin became his bestfriend, Jimin became his family.

Everything started to become easy, but then his parents ruined it again, one time they said that their family will be doing business with the Jungs enc. and since they wanted to run the company to their next future generation, they decided to fix marriage between the two son, which is Hoseok and Taehyung. Taehyung had enough, his family took all his happiness away. That's when he decided to run away and lived with Jimin. Starting then, he became a rebel, alcohol became his addiction, but he don't smoke. He became a part of the famous group in school, he felt free, but still, he's not happy, because he missed his parents so badly, he didn't know why.

As he turned 18 he was able to get a part time job, he needed to save his own now since Jimin is moving to America soon, good thing he stole enough money from his parents before he left. He got an apartment and lived alone, he stopped rebelling but he still drinks alcohol. He came back to his senses once his grades started to become low, that's when he met Jungkook as a tutor, and he felt love once again like he never even felt a long time ago. They became close friends, how funny it is that they share the same pain, because Jungkook was an adopted child. No one understand them besides themselves.

Taehyung confessed to Jungkook, but the younger did not felt the same way as he thought. But he understands, he tried to, even when Jungkook left him too, he tried to understand them all without saying a single thing.

He just sat there wide eyed as he listened to the doctors sayings, though he hears a lot of noise and soft sounds, thought his mind was filled with his past and thoughts, though he's confused. He still understand what his doctor is saying. He decided to consult a doctor after experiencing low breathing, though he thought it was normal but it made it more hard for him to do everything.

"I'm sorry Mr. Kim, but you have a heart decease, and we need to do the operation of heart transplant immediately"

Then his mind went blank, his past left his mind but only one word kept repeating inside is head.

I'm pathetic.

so as you can see we already know what's Taehyungs past :( and and, yeah i need him to be transplanted , we're almost heading to the middle part of the story btw, if you think that it's almost over well nope there's still more :> that's why they escalated so quickly
