12/13/15 Day A
We played a game against another school and you could hear Daniel cheering every time our team got a basket.
A girl on the other team noticed him and just stared at him and soon enough all the other players on her team noticed and they were just standing there staring and so I easily took my time and made a perfect 3 pointer before they snapped out of the trance of playing basketball in front of a well known singer.
By the time the game was over everyone was sweating like pigs, but we won 17-8. Daniel ran down to the court and congratulated our players before coming up to me and Raina.
The girls on the other team noticed and tried getting him to sign autographs and take pictures with them, but he said, "I'm lazy, have her sign them and take pictures with you, she's more interesting anyways, take pictures of her."
Then, of course, they started asking if we were dating while taking pictures. Daniel just stood there. I couldn't let my face be photographed with someone famous or anything like that or my real dad would get really mad, so I ran off into the locker room to get away from it all.
Raina rushed off after me, hugged me and said, "It's okay." She hummed trying to calm me down.
"No it's not! Fans are worse! You've never been in the famous world, you don't know what it's like. The fans are sometimes worse than the paparazzi and now they all know about me. The news will spread very quickly and then someone will try to find out about me, because that's basically what they do, they're stalkers, and they might find out about Jared." I huff to her. "I didn't mean for that to sound rude." I sigh.
"I know." She coos and starts rubbing my back, she's the best at calming people down. I took a deep breath and calmed myself and just then Daniel walked in.
"You do know that this is the girls locker room, right?" Raina said.
"Yeah but she seemed so upset and then just stormed off and I-"
He was cut off by Raina saying, "Did you hear any of what we just said?"
"Yeahh," he mumbled. "Umm, uhh who's Jared, and how do you know about the life in fame?"
Raina looked at me and I shook my head.
"She'll tell you when, and if, she's ready. Now get out before everyone else comes in!" Raina said as Lizzy came in and jumped noticing him.
He left and I quickly got changed back into my regular clothes.
