Chapter 16- Planning

12/14/15      Day E
During break, me, Raina, Sierra, and Devon gathered together in the lounge to make a plan. "Does anyone have any ideas?" I asked.

"No." "Nu unh." "I'm thinkin." I got in response.

After a while I finally came up with something, "This year I think it should be just us and hide somewhere secret that's like, uphill so if they came up we would see them and we could kill them, plus we wouldn't make that much noise compared to if we were in a huge group."

Everyone nodded their heads as they processed my words. "Oooooh, you smart gurlll." Daniel suddenly said, popping up from behind my chair, startling me. I glared at him and pushed him away.

"Why are you stalking us?" I ask as he sits next to Devon.

"I'm not." He said putting a hand over his heart pretending to be offended.

"Sureeeee. Then how did you know we were here?" I teased.

"I heard you talking with Raina." He replied.

"See, stalker. But seriously, why are you here." I demanded.

"I wanna join your group." He said.

"Why?" I asked.

"Because..." He paused. "I don't want to be fending off zombies alone."

I sighed and reluctantly said, "Fine."

"Yayyy!" He exclaimed.

"They hide a lot of the weapons on the fire escapes on dorms." Sierra suddenly said.

"Perfect." Devon said. "We have an idea for a hiding spot and weapons. Now where's a good spot that most of the zombies are?"

"Since they have to go to the middle school we can get them there." Raina pitched in. "So if we were to go after them we could hide there."

"But we're not allowed to." I say showing them the paper where it says:

Zombie Hunters are not allowed to wait by the Middle School to kill zombies!

"Well we can hide near there, it's not like we're gonna be right next to it, ooo, we can split up in teams and I can bring walkie talkies!" Daniel said.

"I want a walkie talkie!" We all shouted, causing Wywy and Hau, who were playing pingpong next to us, look over at us weirdly and then they start talking in Chinese and laughing, probably making fun of us.

"Lets go see if there's a place there that we can hide." I said standing up walking to the middle school.

"Are we allowed to climb trees?" Daniel asked walking next to me. We were walking in a row with Raina at one end, then Devon, then Sierra, me, and Daniel on the end.

"Yeah, I think.." I trailed off because Raina came up to me, bopped my head, and ran off yelling "Tag, you're it!"

I tagged Sierra then ran off. We were playing tag for a few minutes when Devon finally caught up to me and I was it again. I chased after Daniel and was about to tag him, but I noticed something in the bushes. As we got closer I saw it was a person behind the bushes with a camera.

"There's paps behind that bush." I told Daniel instead of tagging him and turned around and walked over to Sierra and Devon to warn them. They started to run away but I caught up to them and quietly whispered to them, "Time. You two need to hug each other and hide your face because there's a pap in the bush." So they hugged, both of them hiding their head in the other's shoulder. I know Devon and Raina are dating, but Sierra and Devon are really close friends.

I walked over to Raina last and since she noticed me not tagging anyone else that I walked up to she didn't run and instead asked, "What's wrong?".

"Walk in front of us there's paparazzi over in the bush." She knew what could happen so she quickly followed me as I walked back over to Devon and Sierra. I was in front of them with Raina, being as tall as she was, in front of me, making sure they didn't get my picture in case they got anything from me.

Daniel walked up to the guy taking the pictures.
