Every ten years a child is born with "Live" or "Die" tattooed onto their neck. A couple children get an abnormal labeling. "Games Decide." At thirteen years old they are sent to "The Games Production Unit" to live until they are all ready. Then, they are sent to The Killing Games to fight for their lives.
