Chapter 2

Summer pov
I wake up to my alarm clock blaring. I slam my hand down on the clock and get out of bed while rubbing my eyes. I wasn't going to wear the outfit that I bought yesterday until tonight. So I got into my bathroom and turned on my taps. I did the usual shower things. I then wrapped a towel around myself and brushed my teeth. I waddled to my closet. I picked out a blood red knit sweater with some plain black leggings. I put on some black combat boots. I put my hair into a French braid that I put to the side. I think I looked pretty nice today. I grabbed my book bag then I realized that I was going to be late so I decided that I would skip breakfast. I didn't need it anyways I really should start exercising. I grabbed my keys and walked out of my house.

 I then got into my red lamborgi. I have a whole bunch of different cars. Don't judge. When I get to school I make sure I have everything then grab my book bag and slam my door shut and lock it. I was making my way to my locker when I was pushed into a supply closet. I could already tell you who it was. 

"Why where you avoiding me yesterday at the mall I know you switched your sweatshirt with the other girl" Ethan said.

 "I-I don't know" I stuttered looking down. 

Ethan roughly grabbed my face making me look into his eyes. 

"Well looks like someone is going to have to be punished" He said spitting in my face. 

He threw me to the ground and lifted me up by my shirt and punched me in the face. I heard a crack in my nose and by the look of his knuckles my nose was bleeding. He continued to punch and kick me. He eventually grabbed me by my shirt and lifted me up against the wall. My eyes begin to drop as I'm beginning to past out. He then slapped me so hard that I flung to the floor. I hit my head so hard on the floor I passed out.

Ethan's pov after Summer passed out

After Summer pasted out I left. I felt kind of bad because she is my mate and it is her birthday. Oh and yes you heard me I know she is my mate and my future Alpha. But I'm planning on rejecting her to stay in the popular group. If she tells her father I could become rogue and I don't need that happening since I am also the betas son along with Grayson. I probably won't reject her because I could use the Alphas spot but I think I might half to so I can stay in the popular group. But dating Summer is all I have ever wanted. She and I used to be best friends I liked her no I loved her. Until the dreadful day.

Summer's Pov

I woke up in the supply closet. I grabbed my book bag and checked my phone it was 3:00. School ended at 2:30. I was asleep for a while. My ceremony was at 10:00 tonight. That is when the full moon will be at its peak. So I clean myself up and got into my car and drove home. When I pulled into the driveway I got out of my car and locked it. I walked inside. 

"Where the hell have you been Summer," My mom said hugging me.

 "The traffic was really bad" I lied. 

"Ok," My mom said

. I then walked upstairs and took off my shoes and then walked to my bathroom. I took a shower washed my face and brushed my teeth. Afterward, some omegas were sent up to help me with my hair and makeup. They first started with curling my hair then put it into a bun thing and then had a braid over it. I thought it looked cute. For my makeup, they put some gold shimmering eyeshadow on me and a red lip.

 After they were done they left. I slipped into my dress and put on my heels. I walked out of my room to see everyone here. 

"Summer dear you look beautiful," my mom said tearing up.

 "Thank you," I said.

 We walked out the back door all the way into the woods. We stopped at the most beautiful place. There was a waterfall with a small pond under it. The whole pack was here. The whole pack would see me shift. 

"Welcome to my daughter's celebration of her shifting. She will soon be your Alpha Female and her mate will be Alpha. Let them rule together in harmony and peace. My daughter will be a powerful wolf and leader already I can feel it. So, Summer with this ring it will show your authority and power over this pack. Do you take this ring to show all authorities and power if anything would ever happen to me and your mother" My father said.

 "Yes, I do" I stated proudly.

 "If there are any objections come forward," My father said daring anyone to come forth. 

No one did. My father then took the beautiful ring from my mother and slipped it onto my right pointer finger. 

"I now pronounced Summer as your future Alpha Female" My father yelled proudly. 

I smiled as I felt a wave of power and authority rush threw me. "Now Summer would you like to say something as future Alpha female"

 "Yes, I would father," I said. I walked up to where my father was as he stepped down. 

"I would just like to say as your future Alpha female if you even challenge me at school at home anywhere since I now have the power and authority I will not hesitate to rip or banish you out of my lands. I won't think twice about it and I plan on keeping our pack the most ruthless and keep it the top 1 so don't even try me" I said looking straight at my bully's.
