Emma's pov :
Hopefully it's different this year but I can't expect to get anything or get treated differently just because it's my birthday. But who knows it might change this year.
I'm basically talking to myself while I'm cleaning, nobody pays attention when I clean so, I talk to my self.
Just when I was about to sit down I see mrs. Lane walking towards me backwards, when I see her turn around I see a cupcake with a candle right in the middle. I'm still looking at the surprise in her hand when I notice mrs. Lane looking at me with a worried expression.
"Mrs. Lane I love it ! " I said very surprised and very addictive happy. "I didn't think I would ever get one !?"
"Well it's your ninth birthday day and I can finally get one for you I'm sorry for not getting one sooner , it's just I never had time. I hope you like it. " Mrs. Lane said worriedly.
"Mrs. Lane don't worry about it, it's fine and I do like it" I said grinning from ear to ear.
