When she came to, the first thing the woman did was whisper a name. It rolled off her tongue and escaped her lips almost as natural as breathing.

"Cas."

There was no response. She was greeted with the soft breeze, cold ground, and a soft lullaby of the stream next to her. But there was no Angel to look at her with a half smile that would make the lines around his eyes crease. There was no deep voice that sometimes gave her chills. There was no awkward stance from an awkward Angel. There was nothing.

Castiel, Angel of The Lord, could not be found. Natalia tried to detect him in the forest, but she could not feel his grace. It was as if he disappeared from Purgatory or found a way to hide himself.

Naturally, her first action would be to find her kind and torture/kill them for the location of the Seraph, but it would be no use. The Leviathan could also find the human Castiel arrived with, but he would not know either. All that would achieve was her most likely dying again.

Natalia dug her nails into the ground. Her long, slender fingers curled around the fresh soil as she squeezed it. The dirt formed together in her hands, but she let it go a second afterwards.

Talia felt numb. Some would say it was stupid to feel so much towards a being whom she only met a few months ago, but this socially awkward Angel inched his way into her lonely heart easily and quickly. The Leviathan was always a closed off being, but with Cas, she felt like she could tell him anything and he would make it all okay. Maybe it was because he was a being of heaven, or something else. Her thoughts were completely filled about him that she forget that she got stabbed just a few hours ago (but to her luck, it was already healed).

Talia was not in love with Cas in a romantic way. It was more in a protective friend way she guessed. After all, he was an Angel. And Angels are supposed to make you feel safe, to think your life actually has meaning, and make you feel all warm when around them, right? To make your heart flutter and make it feel like you're not breathing in his-I mean-their presence?

Maybe she was just going crazy.

But the Seraph was no where to be seen. A sudden wave of anxiety flowed over the Leviathan.

She was once again, alone. And Natalia hates being alone. She would have no one to talk to, no one to relate to, no one to listen to her when she needed to express something.

All there is, and ever will be for her, is silence.

It was now time to go back to her endless and boring routine. Wake up, look for a way out, kill, sleep, repeat.

"There has to be something else!" She screamed. Her dirt filled nails dug themselves into her scalp. Her face contorted into sadness as she lowered herself to the ground. The woman breathed unevenly. Tears threatened to spill as she dropped her head on the forest floor.

The leviathan's breaths transformed into broken gasps. Her teeth were clenched together, keeping a sob from escaping.

God dammit control yourself

God dammit control yourself. Stop acting like a whiny little bitch. Pull yourself together, you're a feared creature. You have no reason to mourn. He is not dead. Get over it.

The loss of a friend is hard to bare, but she will push it down. She will bury the thought of him and the pain that came along with it. She will do all of this just so she can focus on the task at hand.

Getting the hell out of here.

Natalia shakily stood up and surveyed her surroundings. The forest was silent like it always was around her. Grabbing the muddy sword, she set off to her home.

As she walked, a sound of leaves being stepped on caught the attention of the Leviathan. She whipped her head around, looking for the source. There was no one in sight. Her hand slowly reached for the sword strapped to her back, ready to pull it out when a threat came into view.

When her head turned to the side, a body stood before her. Reacting on instinct, she took out her sword and swung. The being in front of her caught it and wretched it out of her hands. They threw it to the side.

"Nice try, Lia," the being said. Natalia recognized the being as one of her sisters, Runa. The smirk evident on her ruby lips deepened as she saw the wary look on Natalia's face.

"What do you want," spat Talia. Her eyes looked around frantically. She saw four other Leviathans approach them. They all had muscular builds and dark looks.

Runa grabbed her leather jacket and smiled. "Acheron wants you. Now." Before she could protest, a pain came to her temple, and the darkness consumes her.

"Wakey wakey, Liaaaa," a voice sang. Said woman opened her eyes slowly, and was met with a smirking Acheron.

"Welcome back, pet."

With a quick look around, the woman realized she was trapped in some sort of cell. The clinging of chains made her head look up and see her hands hanging above her.

She was trapped.
