"You were there
When nobody else was
You held me
When nobody else did
And the second you left,
I knew I would be hopeless."

"You're such a loser, Castiel."
"Oh, my apologies."
"It was a joke, doofus."
Natalia and Castiel have been in Purgatory together for a few months. Their friendship grew stronger each day, along with their trusts towards one another.
The Leviathan hasn't been this close to anyone ever, and she relishes the fact she can now call the Angel a friend. He made her feel at ease, and if she was ever in danger, she knew he would protect her. Natalia would of course do the same for the Seraph.
Castiel couldn't pin point why, but Natalia made him feel calm, not self loathing and a disgrace like he usually felt. Of all the Leviathan he met, Natalia was the kindest and nicest out there. She was definitely different in a good way.
The friends were currently walking through the woods and chatting amongst themselves. This would seem strange to many, but they both knew they couldn't escape, so the pair tried to live peacefully in Purgatory as best as they could.
"I've never made a nickname for you yet," Natalia said as she stepped over the tall grass.
"My friends like to call me Cas a lot," the Seraph replied. His dirty trench coat got stuck on a branch, and he tugged it free.
"Cas," she said, testing the name out, "I like it."
"Would it be to your satisfaction if I called you Talia?" The angel had a smile on his face, liking the way she said his nickname.
She grinned back at him. "I love it."

She looked at Castiel and suddenly threw her hands up in the air, her sword dancing in her fingertips. A half smile was stuck on her face.
"Are you alright, Natalia?" The Seraph asked in his always gruff voice.
She let out a small laugh. "I just realized that we're fucked."
"How so?"
"We are miles from our safe haven and it's beginning to get dark out. The GW's will be coming out soon."
Castiel tilted his head, confusion swarming his features. "I do not understand. What are GW's?"
"Gorilla-Wolves," she said gravely. He didn't know what they were, but by the sound of his friend's voice, he knew it wasn't a good thing.
"I assume they are not a good thing." Natalia scoffed and nodded her head in agreement.
She looked up at the sky, seeing its gray color darken. The trees curving branches reached down and moved slowly together then apart, looking as if they were hands clapping. Clapping for their deaths. A low howl of wind sounded, and with it carried a sound of paws hitting the soil.
