You feel arms around your waist. It's Laurance. You turn in his arms. Garroth looks at us on horror.
"Y/N, h-how could you, wh-what?!" he stutters. He backs away from us, running to tell Aphmau of your endeavor. "Get your things," Laurance says. "I can't just run. I've made my mistakes, I have to face the consequences," You answer. You step away. He still holds onto your hands, "I won't let you." Your eyes widen as he pulls you away. Toward the forest; the portal. You stop him one step before the portal. "Is it really true? What you just said?" He nods solumnly, "Every word." Then you hear sniffling behind a tree. It's little Nina. You pick her up in your arms. "It's alright darlin'" you say, calming her. She stares up at you, "Where is daddy going, miss?" You have to smile at the little face. "Away, I am too," you reply, wiping her tears. "C-can I come?!" She asks excitedly. You look to Laurance. You see that he is struggling with the idea. Fine; you'll decide. "Sure, we have to hurry though!" you exclaim. You jump through the portal to see fire all around.
