Part 17

Mia woke up in a bedroom she only saw once.It was Zayn's bedroom.She looked around her the curtains were on the window not letting the light to get in.There was no light in this room so everything was dark.She tires moving but every inch of her body hurt,she tried to lift her hand up but as soon as she did that she regretted.It was broken from her elbow to her fingers.Mia didn't scream she had no energy to do that.She just let a tear and continued looking at the ceiling trying to forget.The door opened and Zayn came in.He sat down next to her and looked at her.

-How are you feeling?-He asked.She ddn't look at him.Another tear went down her face.-Mia I'm so sorry...-

-Don't be,please Zayn don't.-She looked at him.Her face was full in bruises and her lip had a cut.She was beautiful but Zayn felt heartbroken seeing her like that.

-Mia he could have killed you...-he spoke again but Mia cut him of again.

-I was supposed to be dead,she ordered them to kill me and one of them thought that they could get freedom trough me so he didn't kill me.-Mia said-Susan found out and took me to her place where that monster...-

She started crying.Zayn hugged her.-He didn't do anything to you,I killed him the moment you passed out.-

-Zayn...-she cried.

-I'm taking you to the hospital.-He said.

-No...-

-You have to,I can't heal you here,and Rose thinks that you are dead so yeah I have to take you to the hospital.-He said,she thought for a minute and nodded.He took her in his arms and carried her out.Samantha was the first one to run to her but she stopped because Zayn gave her a look saying "Later".

They arrived at the hospital.Mia was sleeping because the pain was to much and they gave her a pill.The doctor looked at her.

-What the happened to her young man?-He asked Zayn like he was suspecting that he did this to her.

-I don't know I found her in the woods.-He answered.It was partially true.

-And what were you doing in the woods?-The doctor asked.

Zayn decided to tell something that's true.-I was trying to kill myself-

The doctor looked at him in surprise.

-I will contact her aunt.-Zayn said.The doctor wanted to ask him something but when he thought better of it he realized he didn't want to know.He looked at Mia's broken arm and her cuts and bruises.There was a large hand on her face like someone slapped her in the face.He looked at Zayn,there was no way that he could do this to her,his hand was smaller than the hand on her face.

-Hi Rose it's Zayn.-Zayn said as the voice full of sadness answered.

-Zayn,I don't know if you heard but Mia is...-Her voice cracked she couldn't say the words.

-She's not dead,she's here in the hospital.-Zayn said.-Alive.-

A loud scream came from the other side and the line ended.Rose rushed to the hospital.She was even faster that Samantha and the others.She arrived 5 minutes earlier than the others.Rose was directed to Mia's room.When she entered she saw Zayn with his head in his hands and Mia was blue.The bruises covered every part of her body.Rose covered her mouth with her hand.Mia was alive but this will take months to recover,but she was alive.

-Zayn,can I talk to you?-she whispered.Zayn took lifted his head,he looked at Mia he didn't want to leave her but he nodded.She took him out of the room.

-Tell me why did you do this to her,she loved you,why would you do this to her?-The question got Zayn by surprise,he didn't expect that.

-I didn't do this to her...-Zayn said.

-Somehow I don't believe you -She said-I mean I asked the doctor who found her he said that it was you and that you found her in the woods trying to kill yourself,I think that you were trying to kill her but changed your mind and took her to the hospital hoping that she would die here.-

-No I was really trying to kill myself,because I thought that she was dead and then I saw her on the ground,picked her up and carried her to the car and drove to the hospital.-Zayn said,a picture popped out of his head Mia lying on the basement floor.His heart ached.Rose looked into his eyes full of pain and partially believed him,but still she never stopped doubting.

Mia woke up,they gave her something for the pain so she could speak normally.She had some broken ribs a broken hand and lots of bruises.She had to stay in the hospital until the doctor was satisfied.Rose was still angry at Zayn and wanted Mia to stop seeing him.The winter holiday came and Mia was still in the hospital bed.

Zayn didn't want to go but Mia told him that she will go then instead him,she was still weak so Zayn said that he would go.Now that it was a holiday Zayn would stay almost everyday with Mia.He was kicked out of her room at 6 pm because the visiting hours ended.Samantha brought her favorite book so when Zayn was kicked out Mia would read it.

-Mia.-Doctor Clark went in to check on her.

-Hello Doctor Clark.-She said.

-You know you're getting better every day,so I thought if you promised me you would stay in bed and rest I could let you go home earlier.-

-Really?-Mia almost screamed they told her that only after Christmas she could go home.When Dr. Clark nodded Mia felt relieved.-I promise,I won't get out of bed unless I have to go to the bathroom.-

Doctor Clark smiled and singed the relies papers.Rose had to sing them and since the visiting hours were over she had to come tomorrow.Dr. Clark left Mia and she soon fell asleep.

3:30 pm.Mia was cold very cold.She opened her eyes to see the window opened.She got up o  her feet and closed it.She looked at the hallway,no Nurse that's strange.She went to her bed only to find out that someone was standing next to the window.

-Love you got away from me once that ain't gonna happen twice.-A  cold girls voice said.Susan started walking to her.She had her arms down but Mia could see her finger nails clearly.Those weren't anymore fingernails they were claws,same on her toes.Her eyes went yellow and her hair went into a darker color of red,scarlet red.

-Now you will die.-She spoke.Her voice was strange like two people talking trough the same mouth.Mia screamed.Susan didn't stop she came to Mia and slapped her in the face leaving a claw mark.Blood started going down Mia's face.But someone did hear her and now was running to her room.Susan looked angry but she didn't want anyone else finding out.She ran.Doctor Clark opened the door and saw terrified Mia with blood running down her face.
