After several weeks of learning the ropes with Sam and the guys, I feel as though I am finally getting the hang of things. Phasing is no longer painful for me. Though I still have a trigger temper, I'm usually able to slow it down. My Mom has began to date a man from Port Angles. With most of Moms attention on him, I'm free to come and go as I please.

Today I'm being forced to go back to school. Under both my Mom and Sam's orders. Getting dressed for school, I chose an outfit that compliments my skin tone and body. Not wanting to go overboard, I apply a light layer of foundation and eyeliner. Sliding on my favorite pair of shoes, I head downstairs to the kitchen. As I walk in, I see my Mom and Stephen locked in a passionate kiss.

Rolling my eyes, I grab a cereal bar and walk out the door. Since all of the pack has long since graduated or got their GED, I'm left alone to face the hell that's called high school. As I eat the cereal bar, I take my time walking to the school. Im in no hurry to start dealing with the bullies and stupid bull shit.

As I walk up to the front doors, I can hear the whispers of the students. I can feel their stares as I make my way to the office to get my schedule. Walking into the office, I see a sweet older woman with a kind smile. Telling her my name, I ask for my schedule. Quickly she prints it off of the computer and hands it to me. As well as my locker number and the combination. Thanking her, I turn and walk out if the office. Finding the way to my locker, I drop off anything that I don't need. Looking around I realize that everyone is staring at me.

Pulling my hoodie over my head, I keep my eyes lowered to the ground as I make my way to my first class.

Through out the morning, I tried my best to ignore all of the stupid remarks and death glares. And I had been successful until half way through lunch.

I had been sitting quietly in the corner alone at a table as I quietly eat my lunch. I had been texting Jay through out my time in the cafeteria. Though I have my ear buds in my ears, I clearly hear the sound of someon we approaching. Pretending to not notice them, I keep texting Jay.

As one of my buds is ripped out of my ear, I look up with a annoyed look. Seeing a blonde preppy girl standing in front of me, I scowl at her as I ask, Can I help you? She tosses her hair over her shoulder as she answers, "Yes". "You can leave". Laughing humorlessly, I reply, This is school. Kind of hard to leave in the middle of the day. As the blonde glared at me, I take another bite of my food as I return her glare. Finally she turns on her heel and stomps away from the table.

As the final bell rings for the day, I gather my stuff and head for the door. Before I can reach them, I feel someone grab my shoulder and try to turn me around. As I turn to see who it is, I see the same girl from lunch. Before I could open my mouth to say a word, she slapped me. My vision had went from clear to rage filled red in less than a second. I had done nothing to this girl.

Before I even stop to think about what I was doing, I had the girls throat within my grasp, and had her feet dangling above the floor.

A snarl erupts from my lips as I hiss at her, Don't ever fucking touch me again. Releasing her throat, turn on my heel and walk away. Making my way out of the school, I avoid looking anyone in the eye as I make my way to the woods. Making it a mile into the woids, I step behind a tree to take off my clothes and phase.
