Chapter 5

*time skip a few days later*
Dan and I have been talking for the last few days which has been awesome, along with Phil. All of us have been hangout like crazy, I mean it's been every other day that Dan, Phil and I are hanging out.
Recently I had gotten a Skype, and of course told Dan and Phil about it. Phil doesn't us it much but Dan uses it all the time. This week I'm visiting my family in America and Dan has been texting me off the hook.
My phone buzzed with the skype notification. I of course answered it.

"Hey (y/n)." Dan said, a huge smile on his face.
"Hey Dan!" I said returning the smile. "You know it's like 2:00 in he morning here." I said with a tired tone.
"Oops sorry for got about that. Forgot about difference time there."
"It's okay Dan. I was about to wake up anyway."
"Hey (y/n)." Phil said waving in the back ground.
"Hey Phil."
"I miss you. I don't have anyone to crush at Mario cart other than Dan."
"Hey I won one game I wasn't completely crushed." Dan said snapping back. I laughed at the two of them bickering.
"I have to agree Phil I won at least two times and the first time I lost against you I let you win." Phil pouted again.
"Anyway way good bye (y/n)."
"Bye Phil." I said smiling

"Good job Phil!" I said clapping my hand loudly forgetting the fact that I was in a house with still sleeping people.
Suddenly a knock came at my door.
"(Y/n)?" Said my sister, rubbing her eyes with a blanket in hand.
"(siblings name), what are you doing up?"
"Well if it wasn't for you load clapping then I'd still be asleep!" (Siblings name) said glaring at me, she walked over to the bed and looked at my phone.
"Oh my gosh that's Dan!!" she said with excitement. "You didn't tell you two were friends! Or is there something else."

"She so cute!" Dan said smiling.
"Oh my gosh Dan Howell just called me cute. I'm going to faint." (Siblings name) said freaking out like crazy.
"You didn't tell me you had a sister (y/n)." Dan said still smiling.
"Well it never seemed to come up in a conversation so I though it wasn't important." I shrugged, (siblings name) glared at me even more sitting next to me.
"Excuse me I'm very important!" (Siblings name) said glaring even harder at me. Dan laughed at her, and she started to fan-girl.
"Okay now that you have met Dan, you can leave now." I said pushing (sibling name) off the bed with a thud.
"Wow (y/n) so violent. Pushing you sister off the bed like that."
"It's okay Dan I do it to her all that time."
"Well it's not okay to me." (Siblings name) said walking out the door and silently slamming it behind her.
"Thank god she's gone." I said smiling.
"I thought she was sort of funny with you around." Dan pouted a bit.
"Well you didn't have to live with her for most of your life." I smiled back.
"So when are you coming back. We need to plan a movie night or something just you and me, or Phil I don't care we can add him in too." Dan blushed a bit.
"We could go to dinner or something. Oh and Phil wants to make a day in the life of Dan and Phil featuring (y/n). If you want to I can tell him to do it, and then after filming we can go out to eat."
"Sounds awesome Dan!" I said hiding how much I was fan-girling inside, I was going to be in a day in the life of Dan and Phil.
"But the thing is it all depends upon when you get back. We can still go on the date." Dan said blushing even harder as a sticker is put onto his face. Did he just say date? I asked in my mind confused

"Phil." Dan looked at him with a fake glare, trying to hold back a smile.
"I found the stickers!" Phil said and then left.
"Dan?" I ask still stuck on the word 'date'
"Yeah (y/n)." Dan said the green sticker still on this face.
"Did you just say date?"
"Um...ah...y-yeah I did. I mean if you don't want it to be like a date that's fine." I shook my head.
"No it's fine. I just thought I was drea- I mean I zoned out for a second there." An awkward smile crept across my face.
"O-oh okay then. Well...um wow we have been talking for a long time."
"Yeah it's weird. Normally people 'accidentally' hang up on me by now." It's true and it's happened to me way to many times.
"I wouldn't do that to you, your so much fun to talk to." Dan said smiling again.
*time skip*
After awhile of talking to Dan, I said my good byes.
"Bye (y/n)." Dan said his smile fading a bit.
"Bye, Dan I'll see you in about a week or so."
"No that's to long! I can't wait to see you then. I'll have to call you for the next week!"
"You don't have to Dan. I'm not that important."
"Yes you are, your the person who actually laughs at my silly jokes and understands my awkwardness." Dan said sounding a bit depressed.
"Come on there are people out there who are even more awkward of you." I said, Dan smile quickly reappeared.
"I miss you (y/n)." Dan said, his head down on the table, so I could only see his eyes. It reminded me of a puppy.
"I miss you too Dan." I said smiling back.
"I'll text you. Okay?"
"Okay Dan. Just don't text me a lot or my family will think I have friends." Dan started to laugh.

"Awesome. I'll make sure that they know that Phil and I are the only human beings you know." He winked and smiled even more.
"Don't do that."
"What?"
"Don't wink. I can't handle how (creepy/adorable) it is."
"Well I hope you allergic to it. Because it'll-it'll. Shoot I don't know where I was going with that." I laughed at Dan.
"Don't worry, but seriously I have to go now. I'll talk to you later Dan."
"Bye (y/n)! I'll spam your phone."
"Oh great please don't do that." I face palmed myself. "Bye Dan." And with that we hung up, I had talked to him close to 3 hours. Unlike most conversations I've had there wasn't any awkward silences, or boring topic that came up.
Though when I talked about my family or my childhood memories Dan seemed to be able to guess what happened.
Maybe it was obvious or something but only the people who have seen me on YouTube would know most of those stories.
Does Dan watch my videos?

Hello everyone
So yeah I know i changed the title of the book. I didn't think it fit with the plot. So I changed it because so far awkward seems to be the main word chose.
For those of you expecting romance, I'm reading up on some great romance novels so I can write them. There will be no smut until I'm out of my house...okay maybe a little smut but that's all.
