Clare's POV- (Two Months Later)

"Jo, I'm going to check on Pride." I yell while pulling my boots on.

"Okay I'll be out in a little to train." she yells from the kitchen.

Jo's been staying with me for most of the first two months that Jason's been gone. Pride has gotten used to his legs and is running around the pasture like he's a race horse. Getting back on the rodeo circuit has been my main focus for the past two months. I got Max back into shape and he has his first rodeo in a week. I walk into the barn and all of a sudden feel sick to my stomach. I run to the barn bathroom and throw up the contents from my stomach. Good thing I keep a toothbrush and toothpaste in here. I love this bathroom because it has a shower and everything a house bathroom does. I get startled by banging on the door.

"Clare are you okay? I saw you run to the bathroom when I was walking to the barn." she knocks again.

"I'm I just got sick to my stomach, I'm okay now." I open the door and smile at her.

"Are you sure you? You don't have to train today. One day won't hurt Max and Leo."

"No I'm fine I just need to relax for a little bit. Would you mind saddling up Max for me and warming him up please?" I ask.

"Yeah I will and don't forget we have to go pick up Echo and Joey." I look at her confused.

"Remember you said I could bring them over so I could train over here since I staying here to help you." I nod and she walks away to go get Max ready.

I sit on the bench by Destiny's stall feeling light headed. She sticks her head out and nuzzles my head wanting attention.

"Hey girl, how's the little man doing?" I stand and look in the stall to see him suckling away on his milk.

"Well at least he's well fed. He's gonna get fat just like his dad." I smile and pet her cheek, she nickers at me lovingly.

"Clare I got Max saddled and warmed up. Are you feeling better?" Jo yells from the arena.

"Yeah I'm better, you got the barrel ready."

"Yeah let's get these boys ready for the race." she cheers, handing me Max's reins.

(The next morning)

I sit up in bed and feel sick to my stomach again. I run to my bathroom and throw up again. That's when I realized I haven't gotten my period since before Jason left.

Oh shit.

That's all I can think right now. Did we use...?

"Jo come here please!!!" I yell panicked.

"What's wrong did you get sick again?" I open the door and when she sees the panic on my face.

"I'm late." that's all I say to her.

I can tell she understands because the same face comes onto her face.

"I'm running to the store, I'll be back and we'll find out if you're right or not." she runs up stairs leaving in the bathroom crying.

Jo is gone for 20 minutes and when she gets back, she's breathing heavily.

"I'm so lucky there is no cops on the road right now otherwise I would have gotten pulled over for the speed I was going." she hands me the bag and gives me a sincere look.

"I'll come down stair when I'm done." She nods after I'm done talking and walks down the stairs.

I close the door and take the box out of the bag and do what is required. Ten minutes I come out of the bathroom with tears in my eyes. I drop the stick on the table and Jo looks at it with shock and it finally hits her. Tears start to well up in her eyes.

"You're__" she can't even get the words out.

I stand there nodding and then I realize if I don't say it, I won't be able to except it.

"I'm pregnant."
