#6 - First Concerns

Natalie's P.O.V.

At school was weird today since I haven't seen Una since I had told her about the whole Aster thing between her and him.

I had figured she got sick from the ice cream since before she ate a lot and then got sick from it, so I guessed it happened again.

At lunch, I went with everyone else (Rose, Selena, and Aster) to go eat somewhere and come back since the college was an off-campus place. We usually took turns to eat at where, and Rose wanted to eat tacos.

"I can't believe that these tacos are too good for me," Selena commented with her mouth full. "I can't get enough of this place."

"Seems like this place might be a bit better than your mom's tacos, right Rose?" I said.

Rose shook her head.

"You know my mom puts the taco shells crunchy, these are a bit crunchy," she said.

"Are they?" Aster said.

"Yeah! I figure you can come over to my house and try some, but not today since she's making something else."

Aster nodded and bit into his taco while I continued with mine.

We eventually ate through them and went back to our classes.

It took forever for the school day to finally over since I had to deal with more of these stupid classes that I had supposedly wanted to go for since they weren't interesting me like before.

I guess that I should've gone for more honors than what I chose.

*AFTER SCHOOL*

I waited for Nathaniel to pick me up, and I saw him.

I went over to him and kissed him=.

"Hello, Prince," I whispered.

"Hello, Princess," he said back hugging me.

We let go while he pulled me closer to him.

"I have only one class homework, and after that, it's nothing else," I told him.

Nathaniel nodded and then said, "I had been looking for more good jobs and I found one."

I was shocked and proud for Nathaniel that I wanted to give him a present, but it wasn't literally that important.

"That's good news," I said happily. "Did you hear from Una at all? She didn't come to class today."

"Oh yeah, she got sick from that ice cream she ate with you a few days ago," Nathaniel noted. "Seems like she was really sick."

"Aww, I might as well make a drawing for her and you can drop it off for her tomorrow."

"You really are a nice person to know..."

I smiled back and we kissed before walking off to home.

I still haven't asked Aster the whole Una plan since she wanted me to know who he liked.

I figured it would wait for whenever.
